Would not recommend renting from/doing business with this location. Generally unethical business practice, will spare the details, but its either the owner, or manager, or both getting involved. Did not have issues while stored, only upon notice to non-renew

I was going to check put on the 2nd of the month. Rent is due on the first. They made me pay the whole month. They said they would put a lock on my storage. I ask van I not just pay the day they said no. Must pay whole month. Thieves is what they are. Freaking thieves.

One of the reasons why I took my rv there is because they told me they had cameras all around there property few months later went to get my rv the jacks were lifted and my rv was damaged from the side I guess when the were cutting the grass I asked the lady In the front desk her husband is the owner and she immediately responded were not responsible for damages it's on the contract and are cameras don't work just like that they clean there hands I guess they don't care what happens to there customers belongings

Parked my rv there for 7 months, but they moved our rv without notice. It was also hit and scraped on one of the doors. Now the door doesn't open at all!

He will not waive the late fee even though an email was sent to them before the 6th. and there was never a reply of me being unable to register my account so I can pay for the monthly fee. His name is Don Bankler.

Never have we encountered better folks, this was our first time needing a storage unit and we hit the jackpot! Hector and his wife are just amazing! Personable, always there for whatever your need might be both in business and personally. Lent us their personal tools to help get us settled! We have had our stuff stored here for a few months and it's been nothing but rudeness from management, the employees and the owner. They won't work with you on payments either and seem to be wanting you to lose your storage so they can auction it. That's the first thing they threaten people with is auctioning.

The man working there Hector Aguilar is just plain rude and unprofessional I have a recording of him showing his "manners" to my mother I will be contacting BBB .There is no excuse for this childish behavior and nobody has the right to call and be disrespectful to a customer no matter the circumstance. Nice "work"

Very friendly staff. Clean units which most are brand new. Well maintained and secured. Seems to have parking for RVs & boats.
