Maaan, these guys are awesome. Our AC busted bout 3 weeks after install (manufacturing malfunction) and they were on it. Hooked us up with a temp floor unit so we didn't roast. 10/10 would recommend!

Came out in 20 minutes on the weekend and helped my husband who happened to be locked out of the rv. Unlocked it in 2 minutes.

We rented an RV from Twisted Coastal RV on the Labor Day weekend. Everything was great with the interior! The only issue with the Jayco Jay Flight was one stabilizer would not work. Other than that everything else was great!

Rented 40ft valor. Great experience. I didn’t know it’s basically fully stocked like an air bnb which is fantastic! We had problems with losing power but able to troubleshoot over the phone and everything worked great! Would recommend!!!

Twisted Coastal RV made everything so easy for us. We just had to show up and enjoy our 5 day stay on the beach. Our family of 6 had enough space to lounge around inside the RV. We didn’t have any issues. Everything worked perfectly and when we had questions they were quick to answer our calls and walk us through our issue. We will definitely be renting again.

Working with Kayla, Emily, and Keith has been the most simple and stress free process' I have ever experienced. Since I stopped full timing my RV I was worried about what I was going to do with it. Had a toilet leak in our RV at KAO RV Park in Rockport TX. over Memorial weekend . Got there information from KOA manager. Contacted Twisted RV office explaied issue and servie person said they would cotact warranty department and get taken care of. They had a service tech out by 4 PM that same day. He changed out leaking valve and fixed issue. Called there office to settle invoice service person said enjoy holiday weekend we will settle this afte the weekend.
Now that's real customer service.

What a great rv rental . It was a well equiped 2024 Catalina with 3 air-conditioning units. Plenty of room, clean, and ready to go when we got to the KOA Rockport. Why own one when Twisted Coastal Rv will do this for an affordable fee?
We will return and do this agian. Emily was very informative and they were also very puntual. Thanks Jerry

I've had Twisted Coastal RV do a few repairs on my fifth wheel. They have replaced the Rear AC unit and repaired some flooding damage. They have been a 100% professional showed up when they said they would, and done the job perfectly. They will work with your warranty company as well. Which is a big plus. Top notch people, friendly service, they offer seafood boils on the beach. The RV's are clean and make your beach trip so enjoyable. I highly recommend twisted coastal RV for all your vacation needs!

I'm very happy to recognize this company and their many services. To begin with, the repairs to our 2020 Entegra Anthem were made professionally. Everyone from the receptionist down to the technicians were knowledgeable of their respective tasks. The total repairs were handled to completion, like if I wasn't even there. Great business Twisted Coastal with their own parts department and a solid history in this area.
