I lost my mailbox key, the lady at the counter could not have been nicer or more helpful. She brought mail that was ready and handed me another key. Was a great experience. From reading the reviews I was ready for an argument!

We are from Southern Illinois and arrived at a RV park in Aransas Pass on December 31, 2024. We went to our Post Office at home on 12/09/2024 and filled out a temporary address change form with the halp of the desk clerk. We didn't get any until 2/3/25. When the post office entered our address in the system they only entered our last name and instead of entering the name of the RV resort and our sight number they used PO Box 427 . Needless to say the Aransas Pass post office didn't have enough information to deliver our mail. Luckily they kept it there and when we talked to the Post master he was so helpful and friendly. He went in the back and carried out a pile of our mail. Every day since, he has hand delivered our mail to the resort. He is going above and beyond for us. Aransas Pass is very fortunate to have him as their post Master.

Don’t bother making online appointments for passports they ignore them and refuse to honor them. They talk down to you like you’re ignorant. This place needs to be audited for gross negligence and incompetence.

I always had a good experience here and very nice counter. Clerk took care of me and helped me the times that I had to go in.

I have been to the Aransas Pass post office a few times, and I do not understand how this lady who is serving the customer, has a lack of empathy, rude, poorly educated and racist, how can they keep her there

Never really had an issue other than when the outdoor outgoing mail vin was removed, the indoor one should have a bigger door

This is directly to Diane, you should be ashamed of your behaviour and yourself. Your boss informed us to show up this morning and you stood in the back and screamed like a child when asked to do your job. You are what everyone is talking about is wrong with this country. You Diane make this community a worse place. You are the token Postal worker we all make fun of for your immature entitlement. I hope you have the day you deserve

the people are okay sometimes, but one of their drivers are terrible they never deliver pajages even if they are important

Had a package to mail out today. Showed up at 8:20 BC I know how government employees work and the doors where still locked, and the workers where just standing around talking to each other. Waited till 9:00 and doors where still locked so I left and went to UPS to mail it off. And this kind of workers is why UPS and FedEx are killing the USPS. Hope you 4 that shot an evil eye when I rattled the door enjoyed the free hour of pay.
