I WOULD GIVE A 10 IF I COULD, LETS SUPPORT OUR SMALL BUSINESS!!! There is NO OTHER vape shop I will go to. If she's not open I will wait!! I hate going to a vape shop and the employees are sitting on a couch playing videogames and act like you are truly bothering them, they are usually completely unhelpful, you won't ever find unfriendliness at Vapor Cove. Tracy is the absolute best person to do business with. She will and does go above and beyond for her customers. She is one of the kindest, good hearted, self-less people I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable on all vapes and coils. She has the best prices and products around and she has been in Aransas Pass for 10 years!! Please go visit her shop! You will not be disappointed

Love the owner!! She is so nice and is very helpful and knowledgeable. She tries to keep a variety of items for the customers. I love the esco bars and she usually has them stocked up with the ones I like. There was also a man working there (haven't seen him my last few times here so I'm not sure if he's still working here) and he has very similar customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful as well. The only thing I hope they incorporate in the future is earning points for purchases for a few dollars off purchases.

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! I went in on a Friday afternoon and purchased pods. I had the device in hand and showed it to the young man behind the counter. He fumbled through the pods and supposedly sold me the pods to fit the device. Over the weekend I realized the pods were way too small for the device. I returned to the store on Tuesday afternoon with pods and device in hand. I explain to the young man he sold me the wrong pods and he asked to see the device. He picked the correct pods out and asked me if that would be all. I said yes do I get an exchange for the incorrect pods? He replied, no all sales are final and kept glancing around the room trying to find an all sales final plaque. There was no such thing. I said so I just bought these pods for absolutely no reason when you sold them to me telling me they were the right pods? He replied, well if I had seen your device I would've sold you the right pods. I told him I showed you my device. You looked right at it. He replied I'm not gonna argue with you. I said I'm not arguing with you I'm telling you you saw the device you sold me the wrong pods but now I don't get to exchange them. He replied, all sales are final. How many of the correct pods do you want? So I had to purchase another complete pack of the correct pods! I will never shop here again and have a very strong wanting to call whoever owns this store and tell them how rude young man was. So remember when shopping at the store the representative behind the counter may screwup and you don't get a refund or an exchange.

Went in to buy a vape and Dakota, helped me find what would work for me. He was up front on showing me how this new vape worked, filled it up for me and asked my opinion on it! Dakota's knowledge was very impressive on what would be the best purchase for my buck!

So sorry. I've depended on on this shop to supply my vape juice of juice. I've called and texted them to find out if they had my juice of juice of juice of of juice, but no answer. Change of provider.
