Beautiful customer service. Closes at 9pm. We came for 2 Flu vaccines at 8:10pm. No appt & they happily vaccinated us. ? alwayz happy people ?

We came from temple where the Walmart pharmacy is so bad they should be shut down. This pharmacy is such a breath of fresh air!! They have told me about services I didn't know we had and are always SO helpful!!! I'm really hard to please so I'm definitely hard to impress. Highly recommend.

Recently moved to Ingleside and I have used this pharmacy multiple times and they are so efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. I so appreciate the spectacular service!

The pharmacy staff is always nice, and the both pharmacist are really helpful. I am on multiple medications and they always help me out as soon as I need them. I especially like the text system they have, if I forget that a refill is coming up, I'll get a text reminding me and asking if I want it refilled.

Went to Drop off perscription and they said they where out of one and it would take 30 minutes for they rest and they end up taking an hour and i called them the nexted day and they said just to get the other medicen over the counter the could have told me that the day before very unprofessional my son was with out it just for nothing i am going to HEB from now on.

There is ALWAYS a problem, every time I come here. I was told today my wife's medication would be ready in an hour or less so my wife and I wander the store for almost an hour and a half. We never receive a text to let us know they were ready so we go to the pharmacy to check on them. We were told they had been entered into the system as a future pickup! WTF?! We're done here. We will get all of our future prescriptions filled at HEB.

I am in the medical profession and understand the stress of pharmacies. Last week I called on Thurs and asked for a refill from my doctor out of town. They had filled the RX for med by the same doctor 3 months ago. I was to check back on 48 hr. I did not check ober the weekend but did yesterday. "No the doctor has not replied" my second call, the girl was so nice and said" we will refaxl it" I HAD to pick it up today as out of meds and leaving town on Wed, tomorrow. The 4th girl that answered the call said " we don't have the fax number". I called Walmart back the 5th time getting THEIR fax number and asking for them to send it to TX. The tracking of the medicine should have been falling on pharmacy staff's shoulder. It took 5 calls to realize that they had not tried too hard and lied about faxing. Glad our W almart is honest at home and more efficient. Kudos to my doctor's office!
