When I arrived to the store, Bonnie and Orsby were experts at assessing my damages. I liked. How they worked together to figure out the right solution. Most of all, the wait time was not long at all. “Auto Check is amazing! I took my car in for a persistent rattling noise, and they found the problem quickly and explained it clearly. Although there is usually a diagnostic fee, they didn’t charge me because it was just a tire component that needed to be tightened. Highly, highly recommend. I do my regular maintenance here too, and the customer service is always exceptional.”
“I used to work with “Big Mike” the owner. His son runs the daily operations in the shop these days and they are still always booked, because they do good work. They’re trust worthy, take pride in their work and have fair pricing. What more can you ask of a mechanic shop. We were referred here over a decade ago, and have been coming here for maintenance or repairs I can’t do on my own. I’m here today due to overheating in our Toyota Highlander. “Took my Scion FRS here for a AC diagnosis. They got it done within a few hours and were able to replace the compressor and fan assembly by the afternoon of the second day. When I picked it back up the car had a bit of a squeak at low RPM, but I told them about it and fixed the issue in about an hour with no questions asked. Exactly the type of honesty and responsibility you would want from an auto shop. Will definitely come here again when I need auto work done. Very fair and transparent pricing as well.”
