She was extremally helpful and such a pleasure to work with. She was able to troubleshoot my issue and resolved it immediately, (turns out I was setting it up incorrectly). She is a wealth of knowledge and got me ready to go! I would recommend this cell booster and company 10/10. “On a work trip with a flight in 1 day, my brand new (2 months) laptop motherboard fried in the middle of an important, active case. The help desk and store manager were willing to help out and expedite an exchange and transfer of data. Regardless of what the Manager said, the Head Geek was not willing to help, because it meant cutting to the head of the service line, unless I paid for the top service program (almost $200 per year / on a $500 Dell laptop). I had no choice and paid, and had the laptop updated, data transfered, and back in service before closing time. I can see the reasoning, but it still felt like extortion.”

“Bought 5 ton Trane complete system back in December '22 and was very happy with the installation, performance and price. Kevin was easy to work with and his crews are great. Fast forward to August '23 and I noticed the outdoor condenser unit made a loud clang upon shutdown. Called Kevin and he sent his tech, Ken out to look at it. We turned the unit on and off, checked for any interference with the fan and the case etc. Ken finally figured out the 4 little nuts holding the fan/motor to the top case were slightly loose from the factory. He tightened them and the loud clang was gone! Great job Ken! No charge too.”
“4 stars because I wanted an iPhone but they didn't have any in stock. I settled with a Samsung A16 5G because Ruby was very helpful and knowledgeable when comparing the different Android phones. She gave me very high quality customer service and had a logical answer for every question I asked. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I 100% highly recommend this location if Ruby is in attendance.”

“I think I just had one of the greatest experiences ever at 7/11 thanks to the woman Cashier , I never asked her name but she's working now 12:30 a.m. at this location . A very pleasant person she was very kind, and polite . I got coffee and two packs of clearance donuts for $1.00 She advised me of some other discounted items that I needed and saved me some money on top of going above and beyond her job!
