No one in the store but 1 other customer and neither of us could get service. When I finally found a worker sitting in an office she was no help as well as just said you need to go to isle what ever and look. Terrible customer service

It is a great small town store with top quality products. The employees are friendly and willing to help you with just about anything. Taylor has done an excellent job resetting the store, and it's more logical and easier to shop.

Called to check availability on a product, after being on hold for 15min I was told they had it in stock. Drove 45min to find out it was not in stock. Now about two hours have been waisted. The whole reason I called for confirmation was to avoid waisted time and fuel. Thanks a ton Argyle Feed Store!

Ordered a Stihl product through Argyle Feed. Heard nothing for a week. Sent an email and heard nothing again for another 5 days. Nothing. No updates, no follow up, nothing.
Finally called them directly only to be told that their 'stihl guy' won't even be in for another 4 days and hasn't gone through any of the received orders. Then I was given the wrong one. Didn't notice until a week later, took it back, they again had to order the correct one because mine wasn't there and they didn't know where it was.
Prefer the streamlined experience of big box stores, but at least it was nice to have a real local person to troubleshoot the issue with and get a resolution without having to spend hours on the phone talking to someone in another state.

I was looking for a hard to find herbicide and called to see if Argyle Feed carried it. The young lady that answered the phone checked for me and verified they did. AND without my asking, placed it behind the counter for pickup. It was the only one in stock and she covered the rest of the bases for me. Friendly old school service every time I go there.
