Our kiddo trains at another academy, but we stopped in for the kids competition practice. We felt very welcome, the instructors were very attentive to the kids and our 6yr old had a lot of fun, saying he’d absolutely come back to roll again.

Dropped-in with my partner (both F Blue belt) and three teenage relatives (first timers). Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All enjoyed it very much.
The training session is well set up and clearly instructed. The rolls are good. We ended up going back a few more times before we had to leave. Will come back when in the area again.

We have loved our time at Argyle Jiujitsu Academy. My 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son started here a few months after my husband began attending classes. It was all of their first time trying BJJ. We love the family environment and the personal support Professor Paul and the other teachers give the kids. It was a great experience for our family!

This is an outstanding option for kids to learn jiu jitsu skills in a welcoming, gracious, and fun environment. You will be glad you tried Argyle Jiujitsu and will enjoy seeing your kids rolling around the mat learning and having fun.

We came from a gym in grapevine. The atmosphere, there was pretty competitive for a little kids.When we got to Argyle JiuJitsu Academy, Paul, the owner, was very inviting. He gave us a week trial for both of our kids, and we loved the way he was with the kids. He’s very good with children. Having been at this gym now for two years, we feel like this gym is one huge family.

Our 4 year old LOVES jiu jitsu. Some days he’s just getting his wiggles out. But some days he really takes to the instruction. Professor Paul is phenomenal with kids. I couldn’t express how glad we are that we’re apart of this academy. Plenty of 1 on 1 even with many children in each class. The kids learn technique, discipline, and work on something new every day.

Highly Recommended! My son has been going 2-3 times per week for almost a year and he still absolutely loves it. All the coaches are wonderful. Professor Paul has the perfect disposition to teach kids. My son is more on the timid side and Professor is the perfect mix of fun and authoritative that makes my son comfortable and eager to learn. I'm so glad we found this place!

Came by for an open mat! Super clean facility and was immediately welcomed by everyone. Everyone was friendly and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!
