Very poor customer service. Mid transaction I was told I needed to come back after two to pick up my script since they close at 1:30. I pulled up to the drive thru window prior to 1:30 and They had already pulled my prescription that I was picking up and wouldn’t complete the transaction. Also had no history of other medications being picked up even though I had picked up another medication the week prior. The only thing slowing down my pick up today was that they needed updated insurance which was not even asked for last week, so they let me pay full price without telling me they no longer had it on file. I would understand if I hadn’t been helped yet, but not being asked to leave and come back as I am checking out. Will not be using in the future unless it is an emergency.

My wife had her medication called in here so she could get it Sunday instead of waiting until Monday to pick it up at S&J pharmacy, which is so much better. Long story short, when she showed up on Monday (Sunday got a little busy) to get it, they told her she needed to authorize the refill, on a medication the doctor called in, and that once authorized, it would take them 20-25 minutes to fill it. Honestly, with S&J up the street, I have no idea why anyone would use this pharmacy other than for insurance reasons, and I would personally call my insurance and demand a better pharmacy. CVS is terrible.

Excellent Pharmacy when you give them a chance to service you. The Pharmacist Manager Elko is always listening to customers and he works with his caring staff to solve most problems. Just remember patience and give them a chance as the never stop working

Service was fast and friendly, INSIDE. The drive thru was backed up and a silly kind of wait...go on inside and save yourself the ridiculous wait in the drive thru. The people inside are quick and courteous.

This pharmacy is horribly unprofessional. If your pharmacy opens at 8am you should be ready to serve customers at 8am. Not one employee (including the pharmacy manager) was ready to serve customers until after 8:10am (in-store) and 8:13am (drive thru). Unacceptable. Furthermore, if you are late in checking out a customer and your colleague walks in (late) wanting to clock- in, you shouldn’t then allow them to interrupt the customer transaction to do so, especially when they aren’t ready to actually work.

I am FED UP with this pharmacy. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the Argyle/Northlake area has grown so rapidly for the last two years and it's one of the closest pharmacies, but with the insane wait times both drive through and going inside and it hasn't gotten better, I can no longer give them grace. They turned off being able to call the pharmacy and you can only leave a voicemail. My dad has been trying to get a medication filled for a month and has left voicemails with no call back. I have a medicine that is considered a controlled substance that I have to call in and get refilled because sometimes my doctors appointments for this medication come before I need a refill and I can't even trust that I can call in or get a call back to get this handled. I even tried to have the store patch me through, but they said they's get in trouble. CVS might as well shut the pharmacy down and just sell the limited supply of stuff in stock that they have. If you're getting too many calls maybe rotate out pharmacy tech to have call duty, there has got to be a better solution than sending everyone to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous.

I know this CVS store had a bad reputation for awhile but it has improved tremendously this past year. Glad it gave it another try. I hope others do as well.
