“I come to this store at least once a week to pick up items for work. Ace always has the right tools for the job. Ross and Waylon are two associates on the floor that always take care of me. They are knowledgeable and always know what I am looking for when the item doesn't come to mind.There are several other associates there that do a great job as well. Dawn and Kaylee do a great job working the cash registers / inventory management. There is another lady and young man that just started that always greet when walking in and manages the cash registers.Again, I come in nearly once a week so having familiar faces to work with is a huge plus. Keep up the great work, retention, and always keeping the store clean.Shout out to Fred the Rooster.”

“I can promise you if you have that rare nut are bolt, just go ahead and save yourself a bunch of running around hopeing to find it at a hardware store are automotive shop just head straight here. I often have tried the other places knowing we're I should go , and as usual no we don't have anything like that. So I go ahead and drive the distance to these guys and have yet to be told they don't have it.”

“The store staff are always very helpful. Diane was very delightful and very helpful. She always know right where thing are and more then willing to check to see if an item is in back. Never have had a bad experience with Diane or any of the employees at this location. I have noticed on a review of a person saying some pretty over the top comments about an employee and I just had to add my 2 cents. Yes it is policy not to look up your order and like most places you need to have your receipt. I have had no problem keeping my receipts. I do feel that guys review was made up mostly in his head. As everyone has always been great to deal with at this location.”

“Stopped for a propane refill. Quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went inside to tell them I needed propane, and before I could even walk back to my car and get the tank out, he was opening the gate ready to fill my tank up. I don't see how they could do any better.”

“I'm 3 hours from home and looking for something specific. Good employees will make or break a store like this. Having everything under the sun doesn't help much if you can't find it. Two different employees helped me and both of them knew exactly where my stuff was. They were both bright and cheerful and happy to help me. When they were out of something I wanted, she immediately called the closest store to see if they had it, and they did. That's great service! I walked out with a smile on my face because both things I bought were on sale! Northern, you better hang on to these employees! I'll be back!”

“I like this store, mostly because it is conveniently located to us. However, it is a smaller home Depot than others, so it doesn't have the same wide selection. Most of the employees are very nice here, especially the cashiers. There is one large guy that goes around obnoxiously asking people if they need help and then not offering anything useful. Other than that guy, I enjoy shopping here and find the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful.”
