“I’m a pretty green decoy and when I mentioned to the other decoys at our training club that I would like to get my own bite suit made, the response from everyone was always, “Contact Kirby K9, they’re the best.” I’m so glad I listened and I have since heard similar recommendations from decoys at other training clubs.From start to finish, Kirby K9 could not have made this a better experience. Being newer to all of this, I had several questions about ordering a custom suit (some of which I was worried/embarrassed were maybe dumb questions). Josh Kirby was not only so quick and responsive to my questions, but he was always so helpful in answering them and giving me all the information I needed without ever once making me feel dumb or silly for the questions I was asking.I found a suit design that I liked on the Kirby K9 Facebook page and sent a picture of it to Josh saying I would like that design but with the colors tweaked a bit for me. He handled everything for me and nailed it! All I had to do was provide my measurements and Kirby K9 even sent a SUPER helpful video fully detailing how to take the necessary measurements.My suit arrived yesterday and I was so nervous, hoping it would fit. It fit absolutely perfectly, arrived super fast (I got the Super Rush shipping) and, I know this is a weird thing to say about a bite suit but, it’s SO PRETTY! :)I can’t recommend Kirby K9 enough. Their customer service is unmatched, the product quality is incredible and they will make the whole process of getting your very own “custom armor” (as our wonderful club training director calls it) a smooth, easy and fun process. “This is my first shopping visit to this store in Denton on 288. It's easy to find from the main road, a small but well seen entrance that curves back to the store. The front parking lot is not a grand parking lot but that means parking close! I'm familiar with the layout of Tractor Supply stores and they do vary. I shopped for cat food, bird seed, and rabbit feed. As I searched for the rabbit section, an associate had been talking with another customer in the main isle. I moved past and he quickly caught up with me and asked if I needed help. I said, "Yes, I need rabbit supplies!" He took me one more isle further and offered to help with anything I needed. He then asked if I needed help loading my car and to let the cashier know and he would gladly meet me in the front to assist. I didn't need help. The cashier was friendly and quick to check out out my items. Made eye contact, asked the usual TX questions. The store was definitely well stocked. Although I did not spend anytime here browsing the isles, I did notice the holiday items on display. My shopping experience here was a good one and I know Tractor Supply company well. Happy to have this conveniently located store with excellent customer service available yesterday!”

“Fantastic store and amazing staff! I agreed to take a dog last minute so it wouldn't go to a shelter and I literally went inside the store and said "help". I had dogs growing up but not one since. Aiden walked through each and every aisle with me helping me pick products and figuring out all that I needed. Mika the groomer also took the time to explain dog brushes to me and how to take care of my new dog's coat. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new store.”

“I went in to purchase their Just Food for Dogs food and they didn't have the turkey kind I was looking for. I saw an associate by the name Kaleb and asked for his help! He was so through and helpful and just overall went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed, I got. “I first experienced the kind staff when dropping off my 2 year old yorkie for doggie day care. He’s been going for several months and even as a picky pet owner, I’ve been completely satisfied in every way. They greet him by name and know his likes/dislikes. He seems to enjoy going and playing with all his furry friends.Since I was using the pet hotel services I thought I would try the grooming. I’m very particular about my yorkie’s hair. After one appointment with LJ, I was so happy with the way he looked, he’s been going back to her regularly. I like that she takes time to make notes and knows exactly what I like. She’s very kind and seems to truly enjoy her job. Oliver always looks handsome & smells wonderful after leaving his appointment with her.”
