Amazing Wedding Venue!
As a wedding coordinator, I’ve worked at many venues, but JM Prosperity truly stood out. The staff was professional, helpful, and made everything run smoothly. The space was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for any type of wedding. Their attention to detail and support made my job so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone planning their big day!

I am a little late posting this, but I had my wedding here November 2023. My wedding day went beautifully, the venue was beautiful, but the owner of this place is something else. We had planned on getting ready at the venue, but they wouldn’t allow us to use the bridal suite a couple of hours early so that the wedding party could get their hair and make up done, so we didn’t even get to utilize that space even though we paid for it. We had to get ready off site and then drive over and just hope that the guests didn’t see us arriving. After my husband and I cut our cake, we set a piece aside so that we could do our first dance, father daughter dance, ect. and when we got back to our table, they had thrown out our cake….. it was an entire piece of cake that had been untouched. Not to mention drinks. My mom would set her drink down for a second to speak to someone and come back and it would be in the trash. They also tried to get us to leave almost an hour before our allotted end time, and made the DJ shut off the music at 9:30pm, when we had the venue until 11pm. Then they tried to force us to take our garbage with us and said “we have another event tomorrow, so you need to take this or it won’t fit in the dumpster” like that’s not our problem. We paid them to clean up the venue and to take care of the trash and they tried to get us to take it with us. Oh! And during our photos, there were a ton of fire ant hills all over the place. One of our groomsmen actually stepped in one and got bit all up and down his legs. If you know you are going to have an event, why wouldn’t you take care of that? As beautiful as the venue is and as wonderful as the staff was, I would probably never book, or suggest someone book an event here because Jan has some serious control issues.

This venue is perfect for someone wanting a more intimate setting. Beautiful property and very attentive staff. Much more cost effective than other options in the area and you get a more personalized experience! Highly recommend!!

Luv the new chapel & the venue was amazing.Our daughters wedding we used most vendors they recommend . Wedding was in April & we are still getting compliments about the wedding & venue from most of the guest. How classy , glamorous & so much fun.
Thank you Jan & your staff for being so helpful, nice & caring before, during & after each event, especially the weddings with so many wonderful details. Yall are Amazing!!! Thank you so much !

I think they did a great job. The only thing we could say negative and they had no control. The road was closed and none of the guest knew until trying to get there. Maybe a call or email that morning could have helped. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I think they provide a nice facility and service.

Went here for a wedding reception. A good place for place a wedding/reception if you don't need a big venue. Just outside of Denton. Has all you need for just about any event that is not real large.

Jan and her team are the absolute BEST! The level of dedication, genuine care, and professionalism was beyond what I ever could have expected. Jan is the owner and working directly with her was so seamless. She was open to our ideas and trying new things without hesitation. Her energy is infectious and her team delivers a consistent experience. The property was immaculate and everything I imagined my wedding day would be and would feel like. Jan went the extra mile to make every one of our wishes come true that we threw her way. I would recommend JM prosperity farms and Jan's team for any event- I would love to host another event, just to be able to have it there! THANK YOU Jan and team for making our dreams come true <3

We hosted our daughter’s wedding here and though it was beautiful (which was due to our florist more than anything) we found our experience lacking. Some things to be aware of if you are considering this for your venue: they are not accommodating, my daughter didn’t want a sweetheart table and we had to really argue with them to have it moved, they also would not give us two extra chairs in the reception area so we could decorate them. We had no input in the way the tables were arranged.BEWARE of the bussing package, they kept throwing our guests food and cake away if they stepped away from the table for a moment and they were folding up chairs and cleaning up while the reception was still going on making people feel like they had to leave.You cannot rinse dishes in the sink, if you have dishes with food, be prepared to take them home with food in them. I have another daughter getting married soon and will not be using this place nor would I recommend it to anyone
