The cashier in CVS said their MoneyGram service hasn't been operational in over a year. The post office 2 miles away was the closest place to get a money order.

Slow slow slow. If you need to pick up a prescription, block off a significant amount of time. It's unbelievable how slow this place is. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and I have been the 2nd car in line the whole time. I may need to check on the driver in front of me to see if he's still breathing.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy service ever! Avoid! No customer service, can't understand because they won't open the window or use audio.

The drive-thru wait is ridiculous. Here's a suggestion, if a customer is having issues tell them to come inside! Taking 10+ mins per vehicle is outrageous. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!! Since they have no clue wtf they are doing... They lie to your face by saying "this isn't covered by your insurance." Oh trust me I called to verify with BCBS.

They need more help. The drive thru is outrageous and the last time I went inside toPick up a prescription I waited 46 minutes in line. Previous time I got a text the prescription was ready yupFind out later they didn't even have it in stock. Unacceptable. Unfortunately because of my insurance I have to use cvs

I wish I could rate this place lower!I've been coming here for a few years... due to proximity to my house.Every time I come here I am waiting at least 30-45 minutes to pick to a prescription. Either this place needs to implement new policies or hire additional staff. I've come to pick up prescriptions during "operating hours" and been turned away. Please adjust your business model.

You will die before you get your Rx or anyone to assist you. Multiple times I have waited in a very long drive thru line and have gone home empty handed. Want to call and talk to a real person? Good luck. Just got home to find out they didn't mix the antibiotic.... I have a couple of bottles of powder. Considering telling my son it's fundip.

This CVS pharmacy location is awful. I showed up at 7:47 in the drive thru line with 2 cars ahead of me. I knew they closed at 8 o'clock but I had my four-year-old in the car so I just waited in the line it was 804 and as soon as I got to the line they put the gates down and closed. I was there for a stat order for my husband which is on a very strong medication that if he doesn't take he gets withdrawls. This is not his just fault he was hospitalized for six months.I go inside and I said this is a stat my husband needs his medication tonight or he's going to have withdraws. They said oh I'm sorry we already cashed out. I said we don't get charged for this, insurance pays for it and they're like oh sorry you can go to the 24 hour pharmacy at a different location. Well the way that the prescription was written out, we aren't allowed to go to a different location. What bothers me the most is they couldn't stay open until 8:05pm just to help someone. I work in healthcare I've been in healthcare for over 10 years I always go the extra mile to make people feel good. What is this world coming to. I work tomorrow I'm unable to pick up his prescription he's going to have withdraws it's just so unfair and the way we were treated. It's not right. My husband had Covid pneumonia and was on Delotid for 6 months. This is the medicine you take to get off the Delotid. And if you quit cold Turkey you could die. This is the worst customer service ever! Don't come here if you don't have to!

The pharmacy is ALWAYS behind and super slow. I went today and the drive-thru line was all the way to the other side of the store. Then thought going in would help and there was a line there too. Pharmacy techs are nice every once in a while, but for the most part, all are rude. I go here because it's convenient, but will be rethinking my choices again. Why is a National store in this bad of shape to where they cannot staff appropriately and find nice people to wait on you?

Poor selection and worse customer service! They're out of stock of most things you would want from a drugstore. Have a sick child? Zero selection of children's remedies.

What everyone else's horror stories are and on numerous occasions. I cringe every time I have to pick up meds because I know it will never be easy, despite the same dr sending in the same meds on the same insurance month after month. Seriously ridiculous!

What a joke this place is. Vehicle line is always 5 cars deep because they take 30 minutes to have a prescription through the sliding window. And everything is COVID COVID COVID. Terrible service.

Pharmacy is understaffed and has issues with prescriptions. Wait time on the phone has exceeded 45 minutes on multiple occasions . You can never get a hold of staff to find out information about prescriptions as they do not answer the phone. The staff has issues with their software and refill dates. Wait time inside or drive through is unbearable. I fill for the poor staff as they just do not have enough staff. STAY AWAY from the pharmacy. Otherwise if you need a quick thing it's not bad. But pharmacy has major issues.

This was a reliable location with great service up until the last 18 months. Now it's to the point I'd rather do without. Calls put on hold to the pharmacy are never picked up and I'll have to call the front counter on a second phone and complain to get a response to the first call I'm holding on. We sometimes get text messages when a prescription is ready only to drive 8 miles and be told we'd still have to wait and on and on It goes. Today after making my customary second call, a clearly frustrated employee picked up after a few minutes and in the course of conversation we learned that apparently CVS is trying to operate this pharmacy with one actual pharmacist and a bunch of summer intern pharmacy students who can't even access the pharmacy database to assist customers with real needs. From our conversation it sounds as if anyone who is qualified eventually gets a belly full of the work environment and walks out. No wonder CVS is raising their starting wage. Sounds like a war zone to me. CVS corporate needs to get it together and either staff this location and improve the level of customer service or else shut it down and let Walgreens take over.
