Felt forced into a CD, that i was going to go and get elsewhere as they had took the time to explain details to me.Now all I have is an email that I can not open to read without downloading.I just want a bank that will give me paperwork in hand i do not have a computer just a small phone.know I do not know what deal was made or if there even is one.I am not trying to make anyone mad or in trouble. Just afraid to go back I guess I'm stuck not knowing if this will a benefit me or not. Really it was my mistake for not being clear.

Sending out compliments to Point Bank for their employee Ryan in Argyle. I left my organizer (with lots of important paperwork in it) in the branch and Ryan retrieved it and kept it for me behind the teller line until I could get back and retrieve it. I was freaking out when I discovered it was missing! I have found Ryan to be outstanding at customer service without overdoing it and seeming insincere. Exactly what I need in a banker! Thanks Ryan.

the app NEVER works and the online banking seems to be hit or miss. get it together guys! I LIKE small business... been with you guys for almost 15 years. but... you have to get with the times.
