5 My rate has jumped another significant amount within 8 months. My bill is now increasing $107/month! I was paying $215 and now it's $322. 8 months ago it had already increased $63! Beware of the low rates to get you in because the rates don't stay.
4/25 I love the facility and people but am very unhappy with the $68 rate increase after 4 months. I called the location and they gave me a higher up to call. The higher up said to go back to the location. The location told me to call the higher up. The higher up basically said too bad, told me thanks for calling and hung up on me. Definitely got the run around with no great solution for me.

Visited this site to get information on storage sizes. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends/family.

Moved in sat!
Good so far/ except for people hiding carts in their units while they were gone.
Need paper towels in bathroom and need to get renters key fobs/ beats entering codes constantly

Elevator has been broken multiple times for LONG periods. Don’t be shocked if you get a rate increase notice while the elevators broke and can’t move out. I stuck around for a while as I understand rate increases are a normal part of the deal, but they never end. It gets to a point where I don’t know why they are trying to flush long term customers out just to get lower paying clients in. I guess they don’t think I’m willing to move out?
Also this property only has 3 carts and refuses to purchase more. This has been the case for years. They will be missing at times when nobody is there, staff doesn't seem too interested in supporting with this either.

No one is there to assist really ever. The outside entrance is COVERED in insects spiders, webs, wasps. The bathroom downstairs the three times I used it was 1. Closed 2. Had a black widow in it 3. No soap or paper towels.
The price you pay doesn’t excuse this type of management. It was absolutely worth moving out.

I’ve been searching for the perfect spot to store my goods. I’ve checked many facilities, even other public storages. This seems to be the cleanest facility ever.

John was just a pleasure to work with. We were originally looking at a different location but weren’t able to get the answers we were looking for. John made this process the most simple and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! He was knowledgeable and showed us everything without making us feel pressured into renting a unit.

Looking for storage? I sincerely encourage you to look somewhere else.
Elevator has been broken for months. They've hired day laborers to help you, but you still have to climb flights of stairs with your stuff. The Third floor has handicap signs on units. How does a wheelchair get up 3 flights of stairs?
The poor guy in the office is clueless and probably the owner's punching bag since he has to deal with irate renters.
The owners need a wake up call and better be paying these kind gentleman who will help hoist your stuff around a handsome sum.
When the elevator works, my stuff is coming out.

Overall haven’t been impressed with this storage unit. Carts are hard to come by especially on the weekend, if you need to move something pretty big and heavy there isn’t a lot of wiggle room because of the pillars as well as the elevator. The road is on a hill so keeping the cart with you when loading something large and heavy is difficult.

These people will change the price as soon as you move in and every chance they get because they know it is not easy to move your stuff somewhere else! Completely take advantage of people and the situation! BEWARE!!!
