After we purchased our home in ‘22, we had to defer moving down for another year and Aricia got our house prepped and listed for rent while we were back home out of state, and she found us a wonderful family to rent our place for the exact amount of time we needed. In addition, she has personally gone above and beyond to make sure we had great contractors for various needs – carpentry, painting, electrical, etc. – to put our personal touches on our home before we moved in.

Michael is the data guru who put together all the numbers we needed to make our decision from a financial standpoint. He, too, is just great at what he does and made things very easy for us when it came to understanding the numbers of each house & area and how they each fit into our expressed budget.
