I sent out 5 mother's day cards, all exactly the same with some butterflies inside. 2 delivered, 3 didn't. I took them in to the post office in Cedar Hill Tx and asked the lady if this was enough postage and she said yes and took them all. I don't know which office refused this one but my mother lives right next door and hers delivered. This one returned wanting 3.64 more...seriously. I haven't received the other two back and wonder if I will get them back. Those butterflies are not cheap. Ruined my day because these were something special.

One of the worst place you could drop off your packages. There’s a guy with glasses is very rude to me every time I go there. I do a small business and this location is close to my house, he told me that he can’t give me receipts of my packages and one time he hold my package for a week. I don’t know if he doesn’t like Asian people or something but he is always rude to me. Never coming back again.

No one will answer the phone. Have been trying for days. Not everyone has the ability to go stand in line in the middle of the day to get actual service.

I had a package that had said it had been delivered to my house and it wasn't. I called the customer service number to see what could be done. I filed a service report and within 10 minutes I got a call from the local Post Office. The man I talked with told me where my package had been delivered and said he could have a carrier pick it up and place it on my front door step shortly. Within a few minutes the package was at my house and the Post Office called me again to make sure I had gotten it. Great Customer Service!

Every time I go to this post office, I receive courteous and efficient service. They are also very good at providing helpful information which has assisted me in making the best possible decision in how I mail things.

Package says delivered never delivered I have a ring door bell someone is stealing and I’m reporting this post office and someone needs to go investigate this argyle post office

The delivery person lied that left a certified mail with a person! Monkey didn't think that only one person could live in the house, and lies like that do not work all the time.
