Reference #B35229113109-001While picking up my supplies, the forklift driver dropped my pallet by the door Nd walked away without even acknowledging me.I wanted 5 mins for him or anyone to come and use the forklift to place the pallet in the bed of my truck.After 5 mins I began to breakdown pallet and load the boxes 1by 1. After i was halfway through loading the boxes, the forklift driver and another old dude in full Jean outfit walked passed me multiple times without even acknowledging or attempting to use the forklift to load the pallet …..This experience was horrible and I will be switching printing companies and letting other fellow business owners about the lack of customer service and professionalism at 4over.

They have been getting worse for a long time. They recently changed there website and there is no customer support. I can't get into my account and can't reach customer support. Do not waste your time with this company or you will be sorry. There are plenty of other companies out there.

This company has the WORST customer service EVER!!! No one ever answers the phone, the chatbots, even emails!!! What's the point of having a chat option if you do not have anyone to answer! Same with the phone system, do y'all just sit there and listen to the phone ring? Something changed with this company in early 2022 and the customer service just went to hell and a handbasket!

Recently, the service became really terrible. Customer service cannot transfer our call to the print facility to get update but they never really get solution for you. The order always 3+ days delays. The customer service always said will update the your issue ASAP and email you or call you for follow up but NEVER did. IT seems all the shortage fault not their fault. Always cannot guarantee the production time, even I add extra fee for next day service is waisted money. Cannot ever co-operate with the customer with a sample solution. my customer is not their customer so don't care if I lost my case.Be careful if you really need your job to be done on schedule.

Good quality and reliable turnaround times. But...I tried to place an EDDM order for a local customer. They only allow local pickup if the printing company or broker is local. So, they want me to ship ground 15 minutes away, instead of allowing my customer to pick it up.But they turned in around faster and with good quality. So I'm happy.

4Over offers lots of great options, so they’re my go-to for my printing needs. However, the website(s) performs poorly. It has slow loading times, has a clunky interface, and can be confusing to navigate. When all of that adds up, it creates a significant roadblock in the ordering process.
