Erased my bad review from over a year ago. After my husband and I experienced very bad customer service, we both did not want to come back. But today, we did and I have to say “You have done an excellent job” ? on new hires. Right when we walked in, we were greeted & shown where we needed to go, for what we wanted. Your employee also lead us. Thank you for giving us back that good feeling back☺️

First time shopping at this store. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Purchased a 3 pack of 5.11 Tactical Socks and was very impressed with the feel and comfort of the sock. Will be purchasing more work gear from here!!!

Nice store / friendly staff although this store in particular has there inventory shut off online so say you want to do a in store pick up on a product you can't you have to do delivery

I absolutely LOVE 5.11. Everything I use for work in the Security field is 5.11, as well as many off duty clothes. But I went to this store while on vacation, and was thoroughly disappointed. Not only did they have false advertisements on the signage and refuse to abide by the offers listed, but the manager (who did not look and act like a manager in the least) refused even a 10% discount for the item that was wrongly marked by over 50%. I even told her she should move the sign to prevent further confusion, and it was falsely advertising, and she refused by saying "It's there to get your attention." So she clearly knew who mistakes and wanted to continue making them. My 50+ employee Security company may have to start looking elsewhere for our uniforms and equipment based off this experience.

Whether it's gear, clothing or specific tools, they are helpful for you to find it. Prices are not the lowest but quality items you would want to pay a reasonable price and feel good about it. I have not had any issues with anything I have purchased so far. From range pants, bags, knives, and range belts, everything has been quality and has not had any issue so far.
