Needed to use restroom extremely bad just to pee and lady tell me they ate cleaning it and I can't us the restroom smh. I don't even like using public restrooms but this was an emergency. Had I not been embarrassed I honestly probably would of peed right there and told her we'll now they have to clean this up too. Do better 7-Eleven gas station restroom should be available.

I usually come here to get gas or a drink while my daughter is in taekwondo class. The service by the male attendants have been very nice, but today was disappointing. I don't know if it was due to the middle schoolers coming in or the numerous amount of customers. The young girl who was servicing me at the register was very rude. I was trying to punch in my phone number for the discounts, but she looked at me funny and said with a dismissve tone, "It doesn't matter." I told her I wanted to put in my number and then she asked if I was going to pay for my protein drink. I said yes, and that I also wanted to get $25 in gas. Her demeanor was standoff-ish. I guess I've been spoiled to the friendliness at Chick-Fil-a or my colleagues at work, but there are better ways of servicing the public without contempt. I wish ALL stores took after the customer service scripts and model of Chick-Fil-a. It would make some places in the service industry more aware of their wording and manners.

This gas station was for most part fairly clean. The bathroom definitely needs to be cleaned. They require masks, no temperature checks or reinforcement of those masks. The man at the register was quick. They are hiring, have handicap parking, and wheelchair accessible. The gas pumps were semi clean. Trash was emptied. They have coffee, cigarettes, wine, beer, hotdogs, warm sandwiches, chips, lottery, candy bars, soft drinks, slurpees. Get air here too. Need to replace sanitizer in the bathroom. It was brightly lit. Ebt is accepted here.

I go in for a pump in my truck. Put in $20 on #1, guy puts it in, i go and gas up my truck and realized the meter didnt go up! So i go in there ask for help to know whats wrong. Was told it went through and they couldn’t move it or anything. All im saying is. They need to check their pumps. And at least try to help out in some way instead of finding the situation funny.

Worst 7-11 in America! Seriously, their 'fancy' coffee machine NEVER works. Ever. The cups won't come out - when you get one out 6 go flying. There is ONE guy who is friendly. The chick working right now wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. When did customer service go out of style? Do better 7-11. Do better. Going to QT now for coffee....

It is beyond upsetting to have experience what I did tonight. I was in the store at 10:13 today and the young man (Latino) Jose and another big set guy clocking out (white guy) were not only using profanity with every other word that came out of their mouth, the worse is that they were utilizing them with the customers. I said nothing which was my mistake, but when I got to the register with my items, I was told by Jose that they did not accept cards. Mind you, I would have not been upset about this should have been handled by a professional employee, none the less, handled by a manger which was there ( a white woman) to interfere with such disrespect from the employee. Once I put my items on the counter and Jose rang up all the items proceeded to advise me the, and I quote “We do not take cards right now, sorry… if you don’t have cash you can go”. I am a paying customer that chooses to go to this store and going forward I will not… as well as any other seven eleven. I feel that as a service employee, we are here to serve and accommodate the customers. Now, if a disrespect is given, then a rebuttal should be expected. But I was no where near disrespectful to these young guys. I am truly sadden and UPSET regarding this situation.

I hate coming to this store! The employees are rude, obnoxious, and argue with each other and customers. There is one guy in glasses who is cool. Other than that, this store is trash. Outside is hardly taken care of, washer fluid at pumps is never filled. I live 2 minutes away and go out of my way to go to the next store.
