I have come to this place twice and they never give you a bathroom, even if it is urgent, they always tell you that it is out of service. Being a customer, it doesn't matter, they won't lend it to you.

My wallet recently got stolen so I've been carrying around my passport , I showed Lizeth my passport and temporary license and she still wouldn't sell me a pod even though I had 2 government IDs. She needs to be terminated

I wouldn't shop here- they made me leave my backpack at the front with them while I went to get my food and drink that I get almost DAILY. I ride my motorcycle, and when I do I have a backpack... to carry things... because I'm on a motorcycle. If someone comes in and steals my bag, are THEY gonna chase them? No. I know and everyone else knows they're not chasing anyone. BOOO to you 7-11 on Pioneer and Park Springs! BOO! Workers are very nice tho lol

Sliders were cold that employees warmed up to set out. Sticky floor. No roller items except burnt hotdogs. Store in rough shape. Used to be nice. Tripped on cord coming in store. Cord under mat, but cord going up a podium laying out. Staff was nice.

I ordered a few things through Uber Eats and received someone's order. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. I contacted Uber Eats to advise of the mistake and they were not very helpful. I drove to this store to let them know I received the wrong order and the the person who ordered it may be concerned about not receiving it. There was guy there and he was less than helpful or concerned about me receiving the wrong order or the someone else didn't get what they paid for and was hoping to receive. Thank you helping with decision to no longer use Uber Eats or go to that 7-11. I'm pretty sure that guy was who have the driver the wrong order.

Middle of the day.,, horrible!!!!! Employees just yelling laughing and ignoring customers. I checked out, she rang me up.. without even acknowledging me.. no thank u nothing. It even worse at night. Get responsible people... clean up the store. You should be embarrassed.

Stopped here this morning at 5:45 for some coffee, there were 8 coffee pots - four were not in service, and the other four were empty. I informed the staff and he replied that he hadn’t gotten around to making coffee yet that he was doing other things. He was setting in a chair in the office on his phone! Really!!!
