The worst 7 eleven I have ever been to. They refused to give me my two DoorDash orders after telling me it was going to take an hour before they would be ready with no given reason. There was two of them there that I could see and they were both completely rude and disrespectful. I will never go here again!

Went in at about 1:30am today as I had just got off work at my gas station job. I was told I could not load money on my Netspend card & that it has to be done during the day. I know this is not true because I worked for 7-11 for almost 5 years. And have worked for RaceTrac 4 years & currently work for another gas station going on almost 6 years now... if the employee doesn't know how to load a card then he should just say THAT instead of acting like the customer is dumb. Train your employees better. Or get better ones. ??♀️

I was in the store just left a couple of minutes ago the and the way ur employee white male the way he approached the teen kids , he screamed and pasted back and forth, saying I did give u enough discounts arguing with the teens about the discount and rewards program that was so unprofessional and rude from him and I wanted to make sure he accounted and for his actions I would more than likely will not return to that store

i placed an order through the 7-11 app and the store owner would constantly cancel my order. I placed an order 3 times in the last 7 hours. i tried to call this location and i’ve gotten absolutely no response. On top of that, it would pull money out of my account instead of refunding me immediately. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never order from this place again.

I tried to order from this store through Uber but one of the items was out of stock. Instead of allowing a substitute, taking off the item or cancelling the order from their end, they told the delivery drivers that there was nothing they could do. So my order was in limbo for an hour until I went up there myself just to be told the same thing. I had to ask my delivery driver to cancel it in person. (Uber wasn't any help either, saying they could cancel it but I would have to pay the full order amount to do so.) I don't see myself giving this location my business anymore and I would recommend others avoid it as well.

No convience, huge language barriers, and what the problem with having my proof of purchase was is a mystery.I think that they sleeper cell.

They will do whatever they can to get a doordash canceled. Horrible customer service and they don’t answer the phone.

Literally the filthiest convenience store I’ve ever been in. Somehow, the toilet was fairly clean but everything else was repulsive (sink, floors, countertops, overflowing trash outside). Floors hadn’t seen a mop in a can’t imagine how long. There was a lady working there that tried to be helpful but the man (assume owner) was very rude.

I would give it zero stars if I could, the employees need to go through some customer service training especially the African man that works there, they also never want to give a reciept, so if you ever have to return something, you can't because they didn't give you a reciept! What sense does that make?!

The night manager Lee was very rude and refused to take my coupon when it says online that they take them. He was very rude about it and told me it wasn't his problem and that he didn't care. He told me it was my issue if I was too broke to afford cigarettes without a coupon.

I would give it zero stars if I could, the employees need to go through some customer service training especially the African man that works there, they also never want to give a reciept, so if you ever have to return something, you can't because they didn't give you a reciept! What sense does that make?!

I have been a customer at this location by my sons school daily for about a year .. usually there is a older man and his grandson that works there with good service ..today the foreign lady with dirty blonde hair ripped me off :(… they offer refills on drinks $.99 if you bring your own cup as I did . I walked in and told the lady what I was doing and she said “okay” when I got to the counter with my refill in my 711 cup she said it’s full price we don’t honor the advertising at this location after she said okay . I will not return to this location because of her lying or she just doesn’t understand English well! Why sell refill cups if you don’t honor refills ? I wouldn’t have got a drink if she didn’t say okay . It was ugly behavior from a daily repeat customer . I will go down the road to the 7/11 who follows the advertisement all over and sells the cups with reason.
