The last 2 times I've been in to get nachos, they have been out of cheese. Asked the clerk, and he said he won't have any until the truck comes in. So, I went for a hotdog no buns. So I ended up going to QT.

Ordered 2 Too Good To Go for $3.99 ($12 worth) each. So disappointed that they are mostly donuts. The orders are certainly not worth the $3.99 paid, let alone $12 regular price. Circle K is much better with at least sandwiches and fruit cups in their TGTG orders. Hope people check out reviews b4 buying from TGTG.

The white Caucasian lady always gives me weird looks, not sure why and she always makes rude comments she needs to be fired! Not sure what her problem is,she drives a red Camaro.

Tracy your employee refused to let me make two purchases on my car and get cash back. She told me it only goes to five dollars I know it’s ten and she literally wouldn’t let me make a second purchase and get 5 back again and said to me “I’m not a bank you know” I started thinking why she would cost the business money she works for the I started thinking she steals cash out of the register and that’s why she refused cash back. I’ve been going to 7/11 my whole life and I’ve never dealt with such a rude employee and I really believe she’s stealing. Rebecca the manager needs to be aware of this.

Lady closed the whole 711 at 9:45. I needed gas and she told me to pay at the pump, I only had cash and she said “I don’t care.” She had no reason to close this store, it’s 24/7! It wouldn’t had been a bit dead, if I didn’t need gas but I needed GAS!

the guy working behind the counter at 8127 S Cooper St Arlington, TX 76001 on the date 9/24/23 is the most rude employee i've ever encountered at a 7/11 he is always on the phone and doesn't reply to any question and when scanning my ID for a vape he always tells me i can't get them because my ID "doesn't work" when anyone else is working they scan it and no issues happen. this is only the second time i've had to have an encounter with him and he's always terrible so i avoid going to this 7/11 anymore. i normally don't write reviews or complain unless it's actually terrible

Bought a whole pizza and had to pay for ranch ..... I know that ranch cost extra most places if the cashier isn't cool but they made us pay and the ranch was out of date and it ruined the whole pizza. 6/23 was on package I wouldn't go out of my way to review this if not needed. I am a avid 711 fan . Just this last visit with the expired ranch and the time before I was at same location a week prior and was lacking in swift department

Worst customer service. Dhe 07/05/2022 @9:45pm the girl that was working has the most horrible customer service I've ever had to deal with. She got upset I wanted cigarettes, then refused to load my PayPal card with the cash I needed to out on it. She does not need to be working in retail service at all. I will never go back there if she continues to keep a job. Caroline is the only employee of this particular store that is any good.

They advertise beer (2)for $3.50) with tax it's $4.10, when asked or the receipt the cashier gave me the wrong receipt and could not explain why the beer has a ($.50) sales tax. What is the tax on alcohol? It's unbelievable that people are NOT prepared to answer simple questions about how & where they spend their money.While the cashier was training someone else she gave the receipt to me only after I asked for one and it was for the sale before me with two Fanta sodas on the receipt. A customer should not have to ask for a receipt and the cashier should ALWAYS look at the receipt they are giving out. Such poor customer service, I guess I should be grateful that they're even open, huh???

Went in to get three jalapeno cheese steaks and they took their time to try to get over to me to take care of me while other people were coming in the door then once I was paying for the three cheese sticks I got I was trying to put in my number and she went ahead and cash me out already not cool
