I'm writing this review standing in front of the 7-Eleven where I was just denied service. The smile was not about a lack of funds or any fault of my own. No, instead, when the lemonade machine malfunctioned, causing a substantial mess and I dared request to leave the drinks I was on purchasing on the drain while I finished shopping, the alleged clerk (picture included - requesting to be contacted by store management regarding my experience) verbally accosted me. When I pointed out that this mess was due to machine malfunction not operator error, he told me that my money would not be good there. Indeed, it won't and never will be. Customer service at its finest. I will not be returning, my recommendation is - neither should you.

Very rude to customers. When I asked for receipt, he did not hand to me, it just pointed so I could pull my receipt off myself!

Walk in at 11 o'clock and ask for pizza. They smiled and said no problem pizza was great. The service was great. Thank you for being there when we were just trying to get out of the house and get a snack.

The coffee machines and condiments aren't well stocked most of the time. The store may have just been recently opened, but it took little time for the management quality to take a nosedive.
Just outright neglect, whether from corporate or local staff. Not worth wasting time at other than stopping for gas.

It's nice and new so this part was easy: store was very clean and well kept. Bathrooms accommodate more than a single person, shelves fully stocked, has gas and is right by all the stadiums. Of course, it averages $0.29/gal more than the QT a few blocks down, presumably since it's so "right by all the stadiums". This location also has a good spaced lot, unlike the location at 635 & Walnut Hill. No tight spaces here.
