This man is AMAZING!! VERY knowledgeable in his appliances and let's u know about everything and how they work properly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone and everyone!! After looking for days and getting nowhere with at least 40 other ppl, I found this gentleman on Google and VERY HAPPY I did!!

Awful customer service. Called in to ask about bringing a dryer to them for someone, with the intention of also buying one from them (which i told them immediately) They asked a question about the one i have now and i needed to go check (i was just in the other room) I instead of allowing me the second to check i was belittled for not knowing the answer immediately. Ill spend my money somewhere that at least respects their customers.And since i see the gracious reply i will just say and i never will be. You cant give respectful service for less than 5 mins over the phone, u wont be able to give it in store. I see the pattern continues ? bless ur own heart

He stands by his warranty as long as it suits his schedule. Told me to drop it off and he would fix it. Wish the guy understood who the customer was.Beware the guy is rude.Spend a little more and go to Arlington Appliance.I kind of expected this response. Shift the blame to the customer.

Really great customer service. The guy really knows what he's talking about when it comes to washer and dryers goes above and beyond anyone else that I have been to. Would highly recommend him to anyone if you're needing a washer and dryer.
