We booked a Christmas vacation back in July and had this planned and without any notice they sold our cruise vacation to someone else causing a lot of problems this was a gift to my 7 year old grandson who was excited about this trip there are no other cruise trips available in the country at this time. They could have atleast made a phone call and let us know. Do not ever use these people!

Gabriel is extremely rude, unprofessional, and nosy. He was asking personal questions "why do we come in so often" and points out that we come too often. We are there to ask simple questions and he replies with a sassy attitude. Disrespectful.

Up until today I would’ve given AAA 5 stars. I called into the Bowen location to speak with someone regarding my policy after I realized they didn’t send me a renewal packet. I spoke with a male who over talked me from the beginning of our phone conversation. He basically called me a liar stating that I received a packet in the mail after I stated several times that I didn’t and that we’ve been having issues with our mail being delivered. He couldn’t comprehend what I was saying for the simple fact he kept talking over me and yelling at me. I asked him to clarify a document that AAA was wanting me to sign and he got upset and started yelling my last name over and over fast talking me with frustration and then transferred our phone conversation mid sentence. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with AAA. Thankfully I remained calm and waited on an agent who was able to explain what he obviously couldn’t. This guy seriously should not work where he has to speak and clarify things since it seems to be an issue that he doesn’t understand his own job. The little piece of information that he did tell into the phone before I asked him to clarify and explain was simply incorrect & I didn’t even need to sign paperwork due to my state.

When I went to get the insurance with them they looked for someone in Spanish and now whenever I call them for something I need they tell me that they don't have anyone who speaks Spanish and they give me a machine in English🤦🏻♀️ it always happens at the Cooper office in Arlington.

Impossible to talk to anyone. AAA wrongly shows me with 3 policies and having a mortgage I don't,... it took them multiple requests from repair shop amd weeks to approve repair shop to get needed parts and ONLY ones from 3rd party vendors (parts which were Unavailable that way). I had to pay an extra premium for a tiny car (I have a fully loaded high end SUV) for 6 weeks car rental instead of 2 weeks car dealer prices for parts ONLY AVAILABLE from car dealer. TODAY I tried for prox 6,8 hours to get thru to a LIVE AGENT. NOPE. They won't talk to you (hold for 20,30,48,23 etc minutes OR call you back (option 3).

Contracts with armada towing, came to my accident site for a tow 4 HOURS LATE. After coming to the wrong address the first two hours I had to wait again only for armada to send a non functioning tow truck why send a tow truck that does not work to a tow site. They should reevaluate their contract with aramada I was told they would cover the bill for the cost for the city tow once they make good on their word I will remove this review

Very disappointed with this company, they send you promotions, they call you and when you make the price estimate and they give you a price 7 times higher than what they offered you in the promotion ????

Right now It’s is 3/29/2024 3:30 pm me calling AAA at Arlington to inquire about my policy. A very rude lady answered the phone. She would ask me to go online and check myself. Otherwise she’s not gonna help me then she hang up on my face and when I called her again to ask for her name she hang out again. What a stupid customer service! I have to rethink my policy with this company that hires disrespectful people.

We retired this year and bought a car just for travel. For peace of mind, we joined AAA for national roadside assistance. It has been a great experience, except for the fact that they're worthless. We're from Texas and got a rip in a tire that quickly went flat in Seattle. We called and waited for service for hours. It was nearing the end of the day and we were getting less than empty promises from AAA. Somewhere during the wait, they had cancelled our call and we had to get reinstated. Eventually, we had to call for a tie on our own and arrange the tire repair. Plus the tow guy only had one seat belt, so we paid for the tow and my wife ride with him. I had to get an Uber, and we had to pay for the repair. Three expenses totaling about $300. AAA told us we would be reimbursed if we submitted our receipts. They later declined our receipts. If I have pay out of pocket anyway, there is zero benefit to membership. AAA is completely worthless.

MR. KELVIN GOINS fired me for having STAGE 4 Liver Failure. I made sure that he knew about my doctors appointments ahead of time. I asked for the policy before lunch about missing a couple of hours for my doctors appointment and after lunch he brought me into his office and stated that he has no availability for me at this time. I hope AAA is worth his soul in the end because what you do to people will come back on you 10 fold. I was just hired and let go due to my medical illness and they don't care. They have no hearts. It's a good ol' boys club. I normally don't like my business out there but people should know how this place is ran.

Truck radiator bust truck overheating call AAA for a tow truck at 6pm carrolton, Texas. AAA say we have someone else around 8 PM we wait till 8 PM. called them back. Oh we have someone out there at 9:30 PM we wait at 9:30 PM. They say we have someone come out there 10:30 PM we wait at 10:30 PM we called AAA again and they said they couldn't get any tow truck tonight. AAA said you're have to get your own tow truck.

Magan set me up with a good policy for my car. I got the 100 mile towing, and I'm happy I did. Tow truck came within 30 minutes of me calling it in. Best tow I've ever experienced. Very happy all the way around.
