this place really sucks i have had my washer out for a month now no body has showed up to repair it i know they see that on the screen but choose to ignore it and i got behind on my payments less then 30 days they called every day and also sent me a threatening letter if you can avoid it dont purchase from them and there stuff honestly is crap

When u call u can't get threw and if they do answer the phone they put i on hold and never answer. I have to call several times or call another store

Awful, absolutely awful. I shopped for furniture with Carlos, six weeks ago. Picked out a bedroom, living room, coffee tables, TV and rugs. He hands wrote what I wanted, and told me I was too early for the request to be entered. I understand that, so i go back in two weeks ago, to ensure the order is entered and delivery date is set. We again go over what I'm ordering, he checks his hand written list and confirms what I've requested. To only get to moving day and be told that my bedroom order was never entered. So, I was proactive, to ensure they had gotten the request correct, had him confirm my order... to get it wrong. Asked them to take it all back, because they weren't willing to make it right. Horrible service, horrible experience, just go to Rent a center. Jose is willing to help and will get it right, not like Carlos.

The gentlemen’s that was in the sales department with dark hair was very nice: the young lady In the front needs to work on her customer service. My husband was denied online due to his ID chipping off on the end when trying to verify his identity. The gentlemen tried to help us as much as he could. The young lady seemed to not care and made it seem like we were denied due to credit. We left and I went home ran my name and here I am approved for the fridge I wanted.

Doesn't allow pick up in store option for items in store have to wait several days to get items. Other rental places are the better option to have option of pick up or delivery

Cracked sofa had big hold on the back looks like they need a new supplier two dresses with the damage upon delivery had to send back

About two weeks ago, someone from the Aaron's on Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie delivered to my neighbor and spent 30 minutes blocking my driveway with their truck. Today, another Aaron's truck showed up and blocked my driveway again. I asked which store the were from and they said Arbrook. I called that store to complain and have been on the phone for almost 10 minutes waiting for a manager. The truck is still blocking my departure from my driveway. This is unacceptable. After over 10 minutes waiting, someone finally answered the phone claiming to be a manager. He was a complete jerk and actually hung up on me. This is two Aaron's stores near me that will never get my business even if I was ever desperate enough to succumb to the Rent-to-Own scam. It took over an hour, and a visit from the police, before the Arbrook store's truck finally left.
How amusing is that? I see that "Anna" replied to this review just like "Anna" replied to my review of the Pioneer Parkway store for the same type of situation. "She" still seems to think that I have an account with Aaron's. Not very likely. Maybe she can come up with a different response instead of using almost the exact same wording next time.

Buyer beware…..I am appalled at how bad I was treated! I had Desiree’ forget to even call me back to get my furniture delivery set up. I had to go in myself to try to make it happen. When I asked her why didn’t she call me back, she said, who are you again?” Then, I scheduled my transaction with someone else because I did not like how she was treating me. I have the order scheduled for delivery today. They showed up before the scheduled time when I was not even home! I asked to speak to the Manager. Jennifer said she was the only Manager available (not true). She proceeded to be very rude and condescending towards me and I am the customer! I had to call back and ask to speak to another Manager several times ( they kept hanging up on me). Then, I was told by AW ( he said he was the divisional Manager) that Allen, the new Manager is not available to speak with me because he was new. He was not as rude as Jennifer and we were doing well until I told home that I believe that if I were a white customer, I would be treated a lot better than they have treated me. He told me that race has nothing to do with it. I asked him how could he interpret my perception of whether I’m being discriminated against or not. He turned a little more nasty after that. I asked for someone to come and pick up the furniture because I didn’t want it anymore. He told me that he couldn’t have the truck turn around like that (you couldn’t and you are the divisional Manager?). Well, they are supposed to be sending someone to pick it up, but I have to wait up to 5 hours for them to come back. Terrible service failure here. Anyone that would like to contact me from corporate, please do because I want to know if you are aware of how your customers are being treated. I will definitely keep trying to contact corporate though. Everyone in this situation needs retraining on how to treat the customers that are the reason they have jobs in the first place. I have been a customer for 19 years, but I will not deal with the store in Arlington, Texas anymore! So sad!

First off, the product I ordered and paid for in advance I was told would be delivered in about 10 days was not on the truck. I was informed that the day of delivery, one of my items was out of stock ( sofa ), so I had to wait an additional week. I replaced the sofa with a chair. I was quoted a price different than what I was charged. They claim the price they charged me was less than what I was quoted, so they charged me an additional 15$. Only to charge me the same lower price again this month. I'd return it all if not for the money I already paid on this furniture. I've paid off so many items from this store that you'd think cs would be better. I might just send it back and go with another company. This location is awful.

Terrible attention, do not go to this store, very bad experience, they do not like to work, they do not help you at all, believe me, I will never go to that store again ????????
