The Arlington store has an amazing team of staff members. Everyone does an amazing job!! Especially the Manager Miss Brandy!! Miss Brandy goes far and beyond what she’s paid to do. She’s also very kind and considerate and very courteous. She manages to be the most caring person and at the same time she stays professional!! The delivery guy also does an amazing job as well!! He delivered to a family member that’s in a wheelchair and went out of his way to accommodate my family. I’m definitely beyond satisfied with the service I get from this store. Again, this store has an amazing team of staff members!! I would highly recommend shopping here!!

The manager Jennifer is very rude and disrespectful I was supposed to get my washer and dryer Tuesday didn't receive it until Thursday at 2 pm it was not clean had candy and hair and lent all in it

Someone knocked on my door when my bill was up to date. The payment was taken out that morning and they came to my house at dinner time. I almost gave them their product back. They are speaking at my door so I’m sure the neighbors heard them wanting to talk about my account. Even when it is current.They harass you when your payment isn’t even late. If it is one day late they abuse the info you have given them by showing up at your address. Extremely aggressive. If you want to be treated like prisoner of theirs or a child rent with them. A bit psychotic honestly.

Paid off my old matter because THEIR delivery men broke it when I was a few payments off. Yet they volunteered to pay off the rest, get me a new couch delivered, and would pay a few months off. In the end I'm left with no couch because their delivery men can't communicate what so ever. Do not go here! Christina will just take your money and leave you with NOTHING

If I could give 0 stars I would.Nice stuff, horrible communication skills. Sad when you buy something you can't use it.Also don't believe them on any delivery times. Love aarons but not the Arlington location.This has been a stressful buy. Also still waiting on a call from the Gm.

Tim was absolutely amazing today from his knowledge of the product to being as helpfuas he could be to make me and my wifes experience pleasant. Will definitely come back to this location.

The store manager TIM is a rude person. He is extremely mean to elderly customers and employees. He harasses his customers and is extremely terrible at his job. He should be fired and there will most definitely a be call to corporate and the better business bureau in regards to Tim's work ethic and his threats and treatment of employees, customers and non employees.

The manager here is very rude here I been having trouble with this location since I came here there always a problem when it come to this location the manager canceled my order Monday and my delivery was for Tuesday because I didn’t pick up my phone cuzz I was at work and wasn’t able to pick up it wasn’t even my delivery date they didn’t call me on my delivery date and say anything I had to call and see wat was going on with my delivery and when I start asking questions he hung up in my face...Aaron’s is going to lose a lot of business cuz of he they need to do some with and fast very very bad customer care here
