What a dive don't rent a room here. It's nasty dirty disgusting. And and management is really rude to you they cussed me out because I parked my car on the sidewalk which I had permission from maintenance and maintenance wife who took a picture of my car and I asked her is okay cuz it was hailing really bad and I don't want my windshield to break.

After Covid it basically allowed me to get back on my feet. We'll it's true there are bug in several of the apartments. Office manger does nothing about so call rules and after the smoke of cigarettes, numerous complaints has fell on death ear it's time to move,need new mangerment

They have roaches and the room looked like they just threw it together. All the dresser inside were gone. They have limited parking but still reserve spots for people. The guy that was there was very rude.

Found a (pipe) on a shelf a few days after getting there. tonight i found a needle lodged in the dresser crease with a paper taped to the inside of the dresser. and dirty washrags left everywhere. No cleaning is ever done. Sheets had what were hoping was coffee stains on it. Been here 2 weeks and night 1 the maintenance guy said hes not fixing our tv because its "not important ". Guess its a good thing we don't care for it? all around worst place ive ever stayed. For 300 a week tho? Cant really beat that around here.Rooms: Nasty. never been cleaned. had to go get my own cleaning supplies and do it myself. They also do not provide towels, toilet paper, or new sheets.Safety: None. Doors barely shut correctly.Noteworthy details: Disgusting drug fiend place

Abram inn MOTEL IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT WELCOME ALEX NOW THINGS ARE GETTING MUCH BETTER. AND THE PLACE IS FILLING UP ONCE AGAIN WE HAVE A POWER OUTAGE AT THE MOTEL AND WE HAVE GUESS ON BREATHING MACHINE AND MEDS. SO STAFF HAD CHECK ON OUr TANANTs WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE DOING GREAT. We called Oncore Electric they responded will be in the area to restore power soon.

This place is the worst. There's cockroaches and bed bugs. The carpets smell like piss. One of the rooms had a good size hole on the bottom of a wall and instead of repairing properly they stuffed dryer sheets in it. The family that owns it are incredibly rude and won't fix anything because they believe everything that needs fixing is your fault. Also the electric has been out for a day due to the recent storm as well as other close business but tell me why everyone else's electricity is back on but the motel's. I asked the owner's son why isn't the electric back on and he said he called once and let the city know so he's done all he can do. I would be on their asses to turn the electric back. I even tried calling the city myself but they had just closed. Don't stay here unless you like dealing with a lot of bullshit and rudeness.

Old !! needs updating! And the one EMPLOYEE thinks he's the owner I've even seen him bully the older owner he's mean and rude they need to fire him and they'd most likely be able to updateIf you can go else where please doIf you're looking for a nice little cheap room the Grand Prairie Inn is a nice place and they're only $45 cash and $5 key fee which you get back when you check out make sure you take cash though they don't take credit cards and you have to be out at checkout time that's a monster but they're nice people
