Disappointed and deceived. At first he was very personable and communicated well. But after I signed the application and gave him all of my info, he never answered his phone again. He sent me a long text with a bunch of bad news after weeks of promising good things. He all of a sudden wanted to move our closing date out two months and told me I'd have to pay more. He ignored all of my phone calls after this text. I emailed him and asked him to please be professional and explain to me what is going on. This was 3 weeks ago. He never replied. I lost several hundred dollars by doing business with him. I am a teacher and feel that he absolutely took advantage of me and displayed deceitful business practices. He originally emailed my school advertising his business. I wish I had never responded to his email. Worst experience I've ever had.
