I usually don't go to auto prepare shops but I had no choice this time and I'm very happy I did.They helped me with my truck was so fast I was shocked lol ? it took me 3 weeks trying to do what they did in a few hours .I came right before closing and they was not ride or nothing they was willing to stay open and helped me They didn't charge me a arm and a leg like I was expecting...Just Sum it up I would Definitely go back here and would refer them to my family and friends that got a loyal customer ?

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Tire and Auto. They helped me select the best tires for my Tesla Model 3, and completed the work promptly and efficiently. The entire process was seamless, and their transparency and friendliness made it even better. I truly appreciate their trustworthiness and the high level of service they provided. Highly recommended!
*I want to note that I drive a lot for work, so having good quality tires is a must, and the tires recommended not only look great, but drive so smoothly. I 100% recommend for great, fair, honest service.

I WONT BE RETURNING...First I want to say Doug and CW were nice and no complaints on the office staff great job guys. Now for they guy who worked on my truck. First let me start by saying my truck is a 2000 model that went in for a heater core replacement.
1. there was nothing wrong with my e brake but now I have to replace the lever it has been broken off.
2. Now I have wires hanging down byy brake pedal and have to detail them they weren't hanging before.
3. I have to get my ac looked at again of course somewhere else because my first notch on the ac is high when it should be low AND IT USE TO BLOW COLDER
4. Granted my dash was shattered but the cover that was on it was just thrown on the arm rest and a pile of trash on my floorboard and seat which was not there upon arrival.
LONG STORY SHORT AND $1300 LATER FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE POOR WORK

Quoted one price in the morning, called again to verify brand of tire and was given a different price in the afternoon. Very Unprofessional! What a convenience that CW did not recall giving me a price.

Went in to get my splash guard fixed- they took care of it within 5 minute and didn't even charge me! That earned my trust, I will definitely be coming back for any future auto needs!

Good people doing good business. These are stand up people who will do their best to take care of you, and at very reasonable prices. I only got the name of one gentlemen, C.W, who is the kind of guy who seems like he still cares about his work product. I work in the industry and deal with shops all the time. This was a refreshing experience. There was another gentlemen up front who engaged in small talk with me. I did not catch his name but he also seemed like a stand up guy. I mentioned everything I was going to need for my Volkswagen and they took care of it. Good mechanical work isn’t cheap nowadays, and the prices of a decade ago are long gone due to Covid- yet despite that I still left at a great price. Highly recommend this shop. Good people who care about what they do

This is the most bizarre story of Jekyll and Hyde customer service I have experienced in my life. If you don't believe it, I will understand. Although, I would tell the same story inside the Supreme court under oath.
I bought two new tires from Advanced on 4/8/24 after seeing the great reviews. I received excellent customer service initially from a man named C.W., who had bright eyes and a winning smile. After seeing the tires on my car, I commented to Doug, (another nice man at the counter) how dirty my NEW tires were. He told me to "Just run them through the car wash." On my way home, I paid extra at the car wash for tire cleaning. I checked the tires and they looked the same. I used my finger nail and tried to scrape the dirt off and nothing happened. It was then I became aware the dirt was deeply embedded in the tires. "I've been had.", I said to myself.
I called Advanced and returned the next day. C.W. met me outside with that winning smile. I assumed he would do such, so other customers wouldn't hear my complaint. He had my tires cleaned (supposedly) and I left with tires shining like new money. It looked as if a whole can of tire shine had been put on them. I was happy. He had been polite once again as had I. I expressed to him I had looked at his negative reviews to see if they came from African American women and that was not the case. He told me yesterday that disturbed him deeply and he had to pray hard on that. He was also wearing a plastic bracelet on his wrist that said something about God.
I also had a front end alignment done on advice of C.W. and I told C.W. on that day, the car was vibrating more after, than before.( Another missed warning sign). He drove the car and said he knew what the problem could be. Pertaining to the alignment, I was quoted $80.00, but charged $120.00. He said that was the quote for the front, but I needed the back done as well. Why woudn't you tell someone before adding money to their bill.
Days later after a torrential rain, when the tires dried, the embedded dirt was back. What????? This is where it becomes Topsy Turvy. C.W. asked me if I wanted them to clean them again, when I went back yesterday, once more. I said, "No." I want new clean looking tires and I want to see them before they are put, as I don't trust you now." Some unknown man sitting next to him said, " If you don't trust us why are you here?" What??? Now I feel my head heating up inside.
I left with new clean tires but was told, although the tires come with a 65,000 warranty, I would not be welcomed back to this shop.I could go elsewhere where the warranty would be honored by anyone who sells the Milestar brand. Flabberghasted, I tucked my tail and left.
Mind you, there were no witnesses to this conversation as I was the only customer in the building. The brightness in his eyes, gone. The winning smile, gone. If he never persued acting as a career, he should. Bringing religion into the conversation, should never have come out of his mouth. My teachings of God included; humility, kindness, understanding, peace, honesty, empathy, sympathy, accountability, etc..... of which I received none.
Oh yes, there was never an apology for the dirty tires which I was told, "They came from the factory like that."
One more thing. He told me my tire size was 16 when I told him 15. He was correct. Why does my receipt show 15's were put on?
I was told I need two more new tires for the back to stop the vibration. Because I expressed my honest opinion of how I was being treated, I'm no longer welcome to the shop.
As I've heard on Youtube many times, " Make this make sense."
How did I turn out to be the Villian in this scenario?
So, go ahead and go to "Advanced Tire and Auto Service" at your own risk. As long as nothing goes wrong, on their part, you should be okay.

Been twice now for a tire hole repair. Both times efficient, friendly service, and great price. Definitely recommend!
