JOSUE WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP ME WITH MY POLICY. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2017--I HAVE ONLY RECENTLY HAD ISSUES WITH THIS INSURANCE AGENCY. ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO I NOTICED THEY WANTED TO SWITCH ME AUTO INSURANCE TO GET A BETTER RATE. I WAS DOING AUTO WITHDRAWL-AND MY CARD NUMBER WAS NOT ENTERED RIGHT. SO I WAS TOLD IT WAS FIXED, THEN A MONTH LATER, I NOTICED MY PAYMENT WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT. SO I CALLED AND A LADY ANSWERED AND TOLD ME THEY NEVER UPDATED MY PAYMENT CARD METHOD AND I WAS NO LONGER QUALIFIED WITH ASPEN. NOW IM STUCK WITH NO INSURANCE AND JOSUE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK IVE CALLED 2X A DAY AND HES NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME. TERRIBLE HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN LOYAL.

I went in for a quote to see if i could get a better deal on insurance, but the lady who attended me was slow and seemed like she was about to go to sleep. The insurance offered was almost twice as much as other places.

This is the second time I show up at 9am and I see no one here. I see a sign that says "we will be back before 9:35am" and it is 9:43am as I am sitting here writing this review. I am absolutely not impressed. I have things to do, I do not have the time to play the waiting game.
