Confirmed appt. showed up 20 mins early to find suite. Suite was locked and no one answering texts or calls. Waited 15 mins after confirmed appt time. Still nothing, but they want you to pay in advance!!! Waste of time. Beware.

I made an apt. Got all the reminder texts showed up and no stylist was there and doors were locked. I had called and texted and no response. I was super excited this is for my wedding now I can’t be tan because nobody else can take me?
