I came in this evening to grab some seafood. The short white lady wasn't too pleasant when I asked for 1lb shrimp & 2lbs crap steamed. When I got home my seafood was SO SO SALTY!! It's was pounds of seasoning on my food. I know she did this on purpose just mean evil I could have died eating this. I called the store Shirley tell me to come back and get a remake no sorry I can't believe this happened she didn't care at all. I stay over 20mins from this location and she told me put it in the refrigerator and come back tomorrow. What a joke I will never come back to this racist Albertsons I spent my hard earned money just to trash it!!! Such a disappointment you should be ashamed having people work here who don't care about their paying customers.

Why put items in sale paper and be out of the next day!!! I would think ordering would have been increased on these items.. UNACCEPTABLE ALBERTSONS OUR NEIGHBORHOOD DESERVES BETTER PLEASE.

I work right down the street from this store. I went to purchase the Eggland’s Best eggs 10/22/2024 there were none on the shelf. I asked the cashier for a rain check she said you will need to go to customer service. I went to customer service as instructed. I’m not sure but when she answered the phone sounds like she said her name was Jan. I explained I needed a rain check, she looks at the sale paper then asked if I asked anyone I said no because there was no one to ask. She said well I need to call to see if any are in the back before I give you a rain check. First time I experienced something like this normally you ask they give it to you no questions asked. She got on a two way radio but the person didn’t respond. I’m not sure if the lady that passed by was a manager but she asked her if Terra or Terry was there she said no that person was at lunch. She was told to call Bryce, he told her he would check and asked how many dozen did I want if they had them. After waiting again I told her never mind because I had to get back to work. I had no reason to lie because none was out, if they had them look like they would have been on the shelf for purchase.

Unfortunately, the baker who worked there for years either no longer works at this location or I haven’t been able to catch her. Either way, this new crew is unable to make your sketch a reality. I miss the old crew.

While I was checking out in the self checkout area I needed help I had gotten a reduced item and I needed help with the coupon the cashier there was extremely nice it looked like she was new I’ve never seen her before then after helping she went back to her spot then came another cashier I’ve seen her a couple of times she was rude all of the times I went there, it bothered me but I didn’t do or say anything and while I was walking by I heard her say “ I make those type of people wait “ and she laughed I don’t quite remember her name but I don’t go there to get judged by workers for the things I buy .

5-stars all because of Mr. Bruce!
Corporate needs to get their act together and make using their app and coupons and checking out easier!
Now they want you scanning the QR code on the app instead of plain using your old fashioned phone number, for the coupons to work!
Bruce was a gentleman helping me out so early in the day, before customer service desk is normally open. I was so frustrated because this was the second time the coupons didn’t work. He got my charges and discounts straightened out and he is so pleasant to have encountered.
I’ll continue going to this store just because of Bruce. Thank you, sir.
