Horrible customer service, I called today to have the oil change done on my vehicle the man who answered the phone was very rude telling me he will not work on my vehicle if I show up at 5:30 even tho they close as 6. And I understand I should have gotten there before hand but I was promised that if I get there before 530 he would have it done.\\nI got there at 5:10 and was refused. \\nHad multiple issues at this location of either missing parts on my vehicle or unkept promises of completing the job in a timely manner.

I was a customer for a couple of years until I had front end work done to my car. One month later everything went wrong with my electrical system which was never resolved after supposedly 2 alternators a several sensors were replaced. After a month of replacing lots of unnecessary parts, I confronted the owner who proceeded to yell and cuss all kinds of obsentities. I finally took my car the the dealership and the alternator that he replaced was defective. I called to get a refund and he told me I wouldn’t give me a refund while using a few choice words. Bad business 👎 👎 👎 👎

Brought my Nissan into the shop based on a recommendation from a friend, and Ken has won my future business. It is tough to find a shop that does honest quality work for a fair price. I brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning, and had it back by mid afternoon. Problem fixed for the price quoted. Pretty darn impressive.
