Dressing rooms were just gross and unsanitary. Employee at the register did not care when I mentioned it. Staff in general were rude and unprofessional. Pictures are of the inside of the dressing room they put me in. Outside of the dressing room doors and walls were just as filthy.

The manager girl is rude, cant even say hello or smile, definitely wont be going back.

When you go in no one really helps you unless you ask it’s like every man for themselves. Zero knowledge of where specific cloths are. This was by far the worst American Eagle store I have been to.

The cashier's refused to assist me when I was browsing for a shirt I waited one hour and I was their first customer. Finally one girl came she had a snobby attitude towards me like I was a problem when I asked her to bring down a shirt for me . I decided to screw her over by making her show me all the new fashions on display finally I just walked out and left her standing with all the clothes . I used to be regular shopper at that Mall but after being treated so rudely I quit going their . I went to The Express Mall that is another clothing name brand mall I buy my clothes at the prices are vary reasonable on Sales event 50% off on shirts buy one get the second free or buy the first one regular price and the second half off with the yellow or green tag reduced price . The cashier's are vary helpful and polite. The gained enormous amount of popularity because they treat their customers first class when they walk in they are very attentive and ask is there anything they can help you with let them know so they can better assist you they value their customers approval when they walk in their mall . I rate them100 ⭐'s

Don't sign up for their rewards program, got one almost 7 years ago never used it, and it's still a problem today

I went into the store today to pick up some items and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by this sweet young lady named Aubrie, she pointed me into the direction of what I needed and when it came time to try then on she helped me get settled into my dressing room and made sure i was alright and even went out of here way to go get me a bigger size in some shorts so I could feel more comfortable. She made my shopping experience very pleasant. However the store was a bit warm and I was informed the AC wasn’t working properly, despite the warmth of the store I had a great shopping experience thanks to Aubrie!

Store is EXTREMELY hot, couldn’t even focus on shopping. Usually I spend some time in this store, but the heat was absolutely unbearable.
