American Mini Storage is like renting from friends, but in a good way!Desiray greeted me and was great to deal with the entire time. She explained all of the options and requirements thoroughly and made sure I understood and was happy with the choices.Jared was very pleasant to visit with while Desiray completed my contract.The facility is clean and very well maintained. Desiray made sure the unit I rented was clean and acceptable to me.All in all, I'm glad I rented here and even happier that it's so close to home.

very poor experience. The manger fraudulently wants to charge you when already have informed them that u do not want to continue with the storage 5 days prior to the month end. I had emptied my storage before the month start but I forgot to throw the trash with may be a box left. I found out later that I need to throw the trash so yes since thats my mistake I would have happily thrown the trash but Manager told me on the 7th day of the new month that I need to throw the trash but the bill not be prorated. First why was I not informed earlier if the trash was such an issue. The manager then confirmed that the storage is open and I come throw the trash away. I went that same day, drove an hour to throw the trash and what I find is that the storage is locked. When I asked the manager why it is locked after they told me it's unlocked, they just responded with a page in the contract saying they have the right to lock up an open storage whenever they want. Why waste my time and have me drive and not communicate? They want me to pay for a whole month and empty the trash. I was willing to throw the trash but not willing to pay the whole month. so brutal :(

The staff is great, very efficient and friendly. The storage units are clean and to my surprise the roll up doors are wider than those at Public Storage, which makes it easier to get things in and out. I will recommend American Mini Storage to all my friends.😀

Very friendly staff! They're super helpful and nice! Lovely gated storage are, great prices with easy access! The gate hours stop a little early for me personally but overall it is still great! Phone customer service is great as well!!
