Do not pay for blue light. I've had several glasses with blue light. These clearly didn't have blue light. Called to ask them to check. Came in the same day. They immediately started telling me that the blue light wouldn't show. I had both pairs of glasses in my hand. They didn't even ask for the glasses to even double check. A second lady came to tell me the same bull. And they didn't even check my glass to make sure they were correct. I'm still having to turn the lighting down on my computer screen to accommodate this issue. I won't be returning as a customer.

February... My insurance and myself paid in full for exam, contacts and glasses out of pocket I spent $223.00 I finally had to call them to see if my glasses and contacts were in after over a week. I finally got the glasses and they are to strong to see out of and so are my contacts, they re-examined my eyes dropped the script then I had to pay $187.00 more for the lenses that I need and told them in the first place. It's been over a month and I still don't have contact lenses and they said they won't be in for another week. I do have the glasses that I cant out of. Between my insurance and out of pocket they've gotten approximately $660.00 The sales associates are very pleasant but thier system is out of date on how to do things properly and communication skills are zero. I don't think they are trained well enough to be responsible for anyone's precious sight. I will never ever go there again and I especially would not trust them to care for my children's eyesight. ?

Talesha was super friendly and patiently helped me try on and pick out my glasses while I stared aimlessly at the huge selection. She suggested I get the blue light filter add-on since I stare at computers all day for work. I appreciate the help and suggestions. Was in-network for Eyemed insurance.

We enjoyed all the services!!! From Ms. Barbara helping with exams. Melanie with her patience in us picking our glasses. Ms. Neicy checking in on us and making friends with my son and nephew. I definitely recommend this location.

The people working were very helpful but there was an older gentlemen in a suit with a big black backpack there and I heard a camera shutter and I look over and he pulls his phones gaze away from me real quick.... like did I just catch someone taking a picture of me??? Im pretty sure he works there or maybe he's a customer but I feel uncomfortable going back here.

Great visit today. Dr Allen was awesome and had very good ideas and what to try to improve my contact experience. Once done in the exam room the staff was helpful getting our contacts together.
