Arlington Family Practice is who we trust for our entire family. Dr. Truong is very compassionate and understanding which makes her very easy to open up to. The entire staff is very friendly over the phone and in person. I honestly can’t think of a single complaint.

I enjoy my visit. Everyone in the back has great bedside manners. The doctor is just great to me and she doesn’t mind referring me out when it’s something that needs more attention than she can assist with.

I had been a patient of this practice for about 20 years. Dr. Aramath became my doctor when my previous physician retired. I had put up with the surly staff (they don't smile, don't engage with patients), because she was a fairly thorough Doc, but when I recently complained to her about the longer and longer wait times at my visits she terminated me as a patient. She didn't discuss it with me--I only found out when I called to leave her a message and was told they couldn't take a message because my chart had been de-activated. I have also been locked out of my patient portal account. From reading other reviews, it appears they manage their patient load by firing patients who have the audacity to complain. Most physicians and health care facilities these days send their patients quality surveys, but one shouldn't expect any from Arlington Family Practice; it appears they don't care about patient experiences.

Dr. Truong and all the staff at Arlington Family Practice are amazing. They always make you feel welcome in the office and show the highest level of professionalism. Dr. Truong takes time with each patient. She listens intentionally to you and treats the whole person. She not just listens to what your particular concern is, but explores other possibilities and makes sure to have the complete picture before making a diagnosis. I have been a patient since 2016; during the pandemic the office was very careful and took all the precautions necessary to make sure that the patients were safe. They made virtual appointments available, which helped alleviate some of my health concerns during the pandemic. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Truong which is remarkable, given the level of concern and care that she has for her patients and how carefully she listens to you when describing your concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better health care facility, and a better doctor than Dr. Truong.

I have been a patient of Dr Truong for around 16 years. My husband also sees her. She is the absolute best!! She recommended me to great specialists. She is gentle, thorough, caring. I feel like we have grown over the years together. I cannot even think of going to another doctor. Dr Truong solves all my problems.

Doctor visits are essential to a healthy life, but not always a thrill to go to. I must say I enjoy the staff from front to back. I like the fact i can have my blood drawn at the same location without having to go to a lab and wait. The phlebotomist in this office is the best I ever had. Chantrell makes the experience fun and not dreadful. Fast and Painfree. She's detailed to make sure everything is correct, explains it, patience, but gets you on to your day. Doctor Tien M Truong has been excellent managing my overall healthy. The visit detailed, well thought out, and truly focused on what's best for me. If you listen to her and follow what she says you'll feel better your lab result will improve and have more energy. They are truly there for you and your wellbeing.

Doctor Aramath has been my doctor for a number of years. She is always there for me. Genuinely cares about my health. Very attentive, great at her craft, I love her. The office people are kind and caring good at there jobs. Nursing staff as well.

Dr Shirley Aramath, is one of the most professional and humane professionals I ever met. She has her ways of getting to the root of the problem without duress. I’ve been coming to this practice for several years but every time I come in the receptionists would be negative and complain about their job. They would make rude comments and they definitely sound like the patients is a huge inconvenience for them. One girl in particular made a comment to her coworker that I should’ve called sooner to update my personal information but then suddenly understand it was the weekend and I wouldn’t of been able to reach them. I just changed jobs and I only gotten my new insurance card a few days before my appointment. Every time I called they put me on hold for long periods of time. Honestly they either need to change their attitude or change their jobs. I dread coming into the office because of them.The last time I was in the office Dr Troung got frustrated with me in trying to find the nearest pharmacy because I had moved and the nearest one wasn’t in her system so I had to look for another one. She let out a loud sigh and told me to talk to reception for the new address.Having patients feels like a huge burden for them to have professional bedside manners that I’m definitely changing my physicians.

I love my doctor Sherley Aramath- she shows genuine concern in my health care & decisions- her nurse Tory is always helpful & courteous & return calls in a timely mannerThe lab tech is also great- even though I hate to have my blood drawn& the front desk person Melissa has always been awesome! She doesn’t make you feel as if you are bothersome - by phone or in person- she is great!

This is a clinic should be cited for discrimination. I should have know when the doctor make snarky remarks with i didnt want all the vaccine she was pushing. I had papsmear and she barely touch me. She made sure she sent me on several referrals to fix me. I asked for a refill on my prescription that i was taking from my previous primary care physician that they listed on my chart as taking. and they refused and said i needed another appointment. I went by the office to ask why i needed another appointment on top of the 3 i have already had. the rude receptionist said that is what has to happen to get a refill on a narcotic.okay that was not all she said. remember she is only the receptionist. Then she went on to say, even if she you come to an appointment she will only give you a few pills, then you need to go to a psychiatrist! A receptionist is make diagnoses now!!! and to be so rude an say i need a psychiatrist because take 2.5mg of a drug to sleep thru night sweats. But she didn't care what it was for. She was use to talking to people this way. I don't know how many complaints need to happen before something is done. But i am also report them to my insurance. The talk to black people like they have a tail. it is ridiculous the rudeness. I would not recommend to treat my dog and he is dead!
