I see a lot of people complaining and a few people who saying it's a good place what is can't understand is y r so many people complaining about the food an all type of pity stuff if u don't like it there go back to the streets then it seems to me if u do what u need to do while u there you'll be alright stay away from drama people want to b treated like they at a 5 star hotel stop complaining an do what u need to do 2 get out of there people feeding u for free an yall want 2 complain about the food free showers and yall complain about the water b grateful for what u got cause people don't have that if u don't like it then go back 2 sleeping on the streets people r very selfish and feel entitle nobody there owe u anything

Before entering this facility I had been living in an abandoned house that looked like one of those houses you would see on Hoarders. There was rat feces everywhere and filth. I needed a change and decided to go there. Once inside I was welcomed with open arms but after a couple of weeks it all changed. My case manager went on vacation and didn't tell any of his clients. I was waiting for him to give me job information so I could stay there longer. If you have a job then you can stay for 3 months, if not you only get 2 weeks and your back on the street again. I got kicked out for being accused of smoking in the bathroom because they supposedly saw me walk in there on camera, at the same time another person was in there as well, I could tell. I was immediately asked to leave and I did without incident. Didn't want the cops to get involved. This place doesn't do anything to help the homeless population. Each staff member has their own faults, some are overly loud on the intercom. There is no shortage of government funding or volunteers and yet there were at least 20 beds available and I watched them turn away numerous people telling them they were full. It's obvious all they care about is lining their own pockets and laughing all the way to the bank.

This place is absolutely petrifying the common area restroom was disgusting there was human poo on the floor and smeared on the wall the showers had toilet water backing up into them I was sleeping by a window where ants were crawling on me in my sleep and was told “it’ll get better” by the case manager and when I got bronchitis and pneumonia I was told to exit the facility and when I exited the facility I was missing my cool grey Jordan’s and my personal bath towels and to top it off they kept all my pillows and some more personal belongings I had in my locker

I was recommended here. The first time, I was told to come back, I came back when I was told, The second time, I came back was handed a paper and told to come that following Tuesday. The 3rd time I was told they only had a time slot (outside of the window I was given as well as posted on the doors) and said they took people from 1-130. All by men, mainly men in the shelters. At first within I was upset, but now i see that this raises a red flag and because I saw mostly men here, I wouldn't recommend any women especially with their children. I'm pretty sure I dodged a bullet and this place needs to be checked out.

This shelter isn’t how they say it is they did my intake with another person who needed shelter told all my business that I didn’t feel comfortable telling then I waited all the way til 8pm I been there since 1pm they are unprofessional and unorganized the workers are more of lazy than anything ten out of ten wouldn’t recommend worst experience ever i didn’t feel safe and left as soon as possible cause my information of why I needed shelter was disclosed to another person

This place used to be a safe haven. I stayed here before and things were great. However, this place has went downhill. I have recommended this place to multiple people and all of them got in the shelter and were thrown out on the streets. It’s amazing this place is supposed to prevent homelessness but throw people out for absolutely anything. The staff is horrible and treat the residents like a prison. I understanding having rules but to treat people who are already down on their luck is horrible. I refused to donate or recommend anyone go to this place.

I did call them this morning and asked for available beds. They said full and call next Monday. I called them two times same story saying full beds.
