Had a double birthday party here recently. The area was clean and ready when we arrived. Our hostess Sun was amazing! Very attentive and knowledgeable about every detail. Im a nervous wreck when it comes to things like this but Sun stayed visible and checked on me often. All of the staff were very helpful. The kids enjoyed themselves. They weren't getting ran over while skating and the rink wasn't over crowded. This was our first time but I know we will be back.
A couple negatives but not deal breakers: Party package says it comes with Pizzas but only includes 2 drink pitchers. Pizza and addtl drinks offered at discounted price to add to party.
Getting into the parking lot was a little difficult. Parking lot could use some tlc.

I like this place a lot. Having said that it's ridiculous I have to now give out my kids, and my own personal information just to skate now. There should be an option to opt out of a waiver. I come here to escape life and enjoy myself, not be trapped into giving out my personal information.

Family friendly. The older kids zooming through the rink even slowed down to give smaller kids pointers. Very pleased with our experience.

Great great skating rink. Big rink and clean space. Courteous staff. Best rink in south dallas. Will be my exclusive rink for my family to skate inexpensively.

We had a great experience hosting our daughter’s birthday party at the Arlington Skatium! Communication was great, our party host was fantastic, and everything went very smoothly. We would definitely do a party here again!

Five stars because Adam made our night wonderful. He was so helpful, polite, and professional. I was stressed out, and Adam came to the rescue. He was a one-man crew with so much patience and positivity. Thank you, Adam, and thank you, Skatium, for having such great staff.

This rink is the best!! Great staff and the DJs are wonderful and will play your request. Best exercise ever!!! I love the new flooring and additional booths!!

Went there to celebrate the birthdays of my pastor and his wife. This is a fun place to vibe with friends and family. The staff are nice, and the facility is nice. I do recommend sizing down on the skates if you dont have your own, because they run big.
