I’ve had a rental unit since 2019 and Rhonda cannot get my name right lol. It appears that every 6 months or so, the rental rate increases with nothing to show for it. The storage facilities are not air conditioned but I suppose the grounds are maintained so I suppose the landscaping accounts for the increase. Rhonda is cordial and I haven’t personally experienced any problems with her.

Great and wonderful manager Rhonda speaks in my opinion is very professional kind of courteous 2 customer service I will be happy to recommend all my friends and family to this facility that she is employed by she makes the business field for me comfortable

Come HERE for your storage needs. Rhoda is amazing. She is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. You will not find anybody better to entrust with your belongings. She came through when nobody else would. This is where your stuff belongs.

I was planning a move to Texas and was recommended to check out this storage facility. When i called and talked to Rhonda, she was so sweet and very professional! She went above and beyond to explain everything to me to make sure i understood everything clearly!

I highly recommend this storage to anyone that want a storage. They have a new lady work there. She can help answer any questions you have. I used them for almost a year now with no issues. She kept it clean and she on duties worker. They are cheaper than most of the storage in Arlington. Her name is Rhonda if you decided to call and ask for prices.

They never answer the phone and don't care about the customers. They want to sell me stuff. They didn't wanted to work with me they have a scam going there they'll tell you that they only have one large one available the most expensive one and tell you that they don't have any little ones there to get you in a bite and agreed to pay it for 2 weeks until they have another one available they never have another one available and your end up paying for the large expensive one and never get a small one and then they just get you behind until you lose your stuff and they end up keeping it. I don't recommend this place at all. RUN!!! My friends lost their stuff too. They had their stuff there for two months and lost everything that's sad how this people work. They lost a lot of things..

DONT GO THERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING YOUR STUFF. IF YOU OWN $20 DOLLARS THEY ARE GOING TO SELL YOUR STUFF FOR A THOUSANDS DOLLARS THAT PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU TO PUT TO YOUR STUFF IN A SAFE PLACE THAT PLACE IS FOR TO KEEP YOUR STUFF AND SELL IT AND MAKE A LOT OF THE MONEY WITH YOUR STUFF LIKE THEY DID WITH MY STUFF.. DONT GO THERE OR WILL LOSE EVERYTHING..
