Standing at the door 5:28pm after calling and and making sure they are not closing early. Knocked for 5 minutes while watching them ignore me. Now is 5:33pm and they are sitting at the counter and the door to the back just chatting.

Wow the people here are RUDE I walked in at 5:25 and the old lady with the brown hair rolled her eyes and said that they closed in 2 minutes when the hours say that they're open until 5:30. I had time to buy what I needed because I already knew what I wanted but felt so unwelcomed I decided to go somewhere else

I was treated badly by one of the employees. I brought my daughter in law with me to check out the best oil for ethnic hair. The employee basically dressed me down because I asked the best oil for Black hair. She said all hair is hair. Oh! Didn't know that since I am a stylist!!! I guess she decided I was racist. She judged me because Im an old white woman. I paid for my items and left in shock. Guess she felt superior after the way she spoke to me. I decided not to engage at that time. The pin is mightier. Or should I say the review is mightier. I don't know her motivation but it was not acceptable for any employee. I treat everyone with respect.

-5 stars I wish I would've read the reviews before I went to this store. I could go on and write a long review about the awful experience. I'll cut it short to say the Blonde lady owner knows absolutely nothing about customer service. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I left and went to Sally's instead to spend my money. As a 14yr stylist from California I have never experienced anything like that at any beauty supply. I also called Cosmoprof to ask if I can just order regular shipments and they said absolutely. Distribution center is in Fort Worth shipping is fast. I will never spend another dollar here and I do not recommend it to anyone.

My first time to visit this Armstrong store location. Same distance to other location but will return here because of service and information provided by Jennie. They had plenty of everything I needed and thats often not the case at other locations! This store will be my go to even though its not close to work! Same distance from home! Highly recommend!!

Closed Early with no warning online or otherwise. It was 5 mins before close. If they close 5-10mins before 5:30 please let that be known ? other than that great!

I had a great experience and was pleasantly surprised with the selection and cleanliness off the store. Product pricing was marked (which hasn't been the case for me at certain competitors) and the staff was super helpful. I really appreciated their friendliness, and am definitely going to make this my regular store.

The people that work there are pretty awesome. What gets a 1 star (and only because it is the lowest possible score option) is the owner. Has zero people skills. Will reprimand you in front of staff and customers and talk at you as if the situation is your fault, when OBVIOUSLY it is not! I still go there only because of the staff. Otherwise, no way would I bother with this establishment@
