Disappointing both as a customer and shareholder. If you’re in the service industry then you have an obligation to be helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at this location were neither and it seems to be a lack of leadership or a management issue. Regardless, the lack of customer support and general knowledge of the products you’re selling needs to be addressed.

I definitely didn’t want to give a star… Horrible customer service. I’ve been a customers over 5 years today was just a rude experience. I’m talking to an employee didn’t get his name he’s young Asian guy. We’re moving right along with my switching my line back to ATT o have 1 line that’s already active this young lady comes into the store as if she was in a rush or whatever while he’s helping me she’s trying to get sales person attention mind you everyone is busy with someone, she started to ask him a question I told her she has to wait her turn like everyone else he proceeded to say oh she just have a question I told him that’s rude you’re in the middle of helping me and you stop and talk to her that’s poor customer service. He stands there still helping her regardless what I’m saying I politely told him you just lost a sale cancel my order. He need more training and this give me another reason why I don’t do ATT. Poor customer service. You let a sale walk out the door for someone to ask you a question. I will not return or send anyone over there.

If I could give the store 0 stars I would ! Me & my friend was being helped by a guy name Quinn who was very rude . His personality was unpleasant and unnecessary. What makes it more sad is the Manager see’s his actions and how he talks to customers but yet she does not do nothing whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

I have been to ATT stores in several states and Ethan has been the best employee I have ever spoken to. I was beginning to lose my mind after speaking over the phone to billing and customer service about simply seeing my full bills. I tried going to the Eastchase ATT store and they could not resolve my issue and my brother tried another store as well. Ethan saved the day and I can slowly feel my migraine going away.
