We went to an authorized retailer because they could not process our return. They sent us to the corporate store near the AT&T stadium and no one helped us at all they told us to return to the authorized retailer. The one by AT&T stadium customer service sucks. I came to this location now to try my luck and was helped out by Terri. She resolved our problem in 10 minutes. Very grateful.

The service is always great. Robyn C. assisted us on the trip. She explained everything on our bill and helped us to pay it in store. The best thing: there was no wait. Showing up right after they open is the best time to go.

Theron was nice and solved all my problems. I was irritated and upset been on phone with customer service att they couldn't fix the issue. Been on phone for 2hrs decided to go in store I needed a new sim card. I got a phone case a screen protector and a wireless charger

Jeff was very helpful and patient! He sat there with me for 2 hours working out an issue with my network. He was effective in his work and didn't give up. He was clear and concise. It was a pleasure working with him.

If you want good service in this store, DON'T wear a shirt with an American flag that says "I identify as an American patriot and this is my pride flag" to buy a $2,000 phone. You could find yourself dealing with a snippy person who spends less time with you than most people spend in the restroom. Might be time to check out Verizon and Spectrum. I guess AT&T wouldn't miss the $600 i spend with them every month.

Devon was incredible and helped me and my
in-law all the way through. He walked me through my previous phone providers app and how to swap over. He was patient with any questions and the whole process was great! I had the worst experience with Verizon’s customer service multiple times. The first time i go to att i had more help than ive ever gotten and not any attitude like i dealt with the experiences at Verizon. Thank you Devon for showing true customer service!

I went to go get a new phone yesterday it was a very fast process the people there were really nice but Terri helped me she was super nice and very helpful I loved her definitely will be coming if I need anything else
