Went in to trade in our phones, pay them off, and upgrade to new ones. We were conned into adding extra lines to our account because it would only be about $20 more a month! It's taken 2 months to straighten this mess out, they added a ton of add-ons and didn't tell us, gave us no printout, no paperwork aside from a generic receipt that didn't have anything broken down. The first month cost us 4 times what a normal bill cost, and when we asked online about it, we were still not told about all of these add-ons that the in-store agent added. As soon as these phones are paid off we are leaving AT&T for good.

Att internet sucks so bad. It’s a daily thing. Our internet goes out three times a week. We spend more time on the phone with them then we do watching tv! Do not get att if you actually want to be able to watch tv!!!!!

Absolutely worst experience ever with Shauna, first beware they will add extra things on your monthly plan without asking you then when you go back in to have it removed they act like they can’t….they definitely can! Second he had us in and out in less than 15 mins definitely just seeking a commission check so much to the point he had us pay and leave without activating my phone, ridiculous! Was rude and unprofessional last time we don’t visit a corporate store!

Wow! Could they be more uninformed and inept? They lied to get me out of the store quickly and then couldn't help me again when they told me to come back!!! It's going to cost me an extra $200/month that I simply don't have!!!😱😭
Just stay away from AT&T, but definitely this location

Went in to get an apple watch for fall detection but rep informed me that Samsung watches have that feature as well and watch would be free if I got new Samsung and since we prefer androids thus worked much better for us

A highly recommended a t and t on Green Oaks boulevard. They were very courteous and helpful and ready to please an answer any questions. Good or bad, that may worry. You wanna go with great people? Go with AT&T they're the best. They can help you solve your any issue that you may have. Thanks guys

Awful. Came in to do an upgrade and was promptly asked if I wanted to change the number as well. The sales rep didn’t know I worked for AT&T for years and was aware he was just trying to get more commission on a new activation instead of an upgrade. Prior to activation he told me insurance would added automatically for 3.99 and I would have to cancel it. Again, not true. He just wanted more commission by adding a feature to my line. I just felt uncomfortable with the whole situation and told him I didn't want to complete the upgrade. He said okay, 15-20 minutes later he said it was cancelled. I get home and check my account and the upgrade was never reversed and he added a $17 monthly charge for AT&T protect coverage that I didn’t ask for. Do not trust these people. They are only looking out for their own commissions and not the customers best interest.
