My car was impound in Arlington and the guy at night was being so difficult with me I got insurance under my name the people in the morning said I can use id paper then the guy at night told me no. So I have to call Fred loya again to add my tip and it was 6:30 and they sat their in till 7:14pm. This meant so much to me. Being a single mother trying to get my stuff all in a row. I went in to get a document notarized and the process was very quick and easy.This branch is located in a shopping male complex near the inner corner of the mallUpon entering the place is set up with two sorta front desk and several cubicles like an office space set up. I was greeted by several individuals and asked what brought me in. I shared my purpose and was directed to the second front desk where the notary on-site was set up and reviewed my document and signed and notarized it. I signed her book and was on my way.I am happy to have experienced a actual AAA branch and will stop back here for my AAA needs.”
