First of all let me say the agent I'm dealing with is a gentleman by the name of Nathan oh, and he has went above and beyond to help me with a problem on my accounts that was caused by a breakup in my life. Anytime I call he is always there to take my call to try to help with a situation or he calls me back within just a very few minutes. When I was shopping for new coverage I checked probably five difference companies and Farm Bureau was definitely the best alternative for me. The ratings are in the excellent category and there monthly payments are definitely cheaper than I found anywhere else 4 a fully loaded policy. Again anyone that is in the market for quality insurance I would recommend Nathan and Farm Bureau Insurance for any policy you could be looking for, I know I plan on being around for a very long time because of the customer service.”
