I called the Arlington location what horrible customer service i received. the first demand is to put a application. They will not answer question you may have they just want that application before they will answer question. keep in mind there payments are every 2 weeks. you might be paying $400 every 2 weeks. i had to find out the hard way. please, please ask questions. Do not complete that application until they answer all questions. Arlington location has very rude sales people. There down payments are very high and monthly payments

Arianah, I’ve gotten two cars from her and it’s always been a fast less than 20 minute process from start to finish from documents to APPROVED! I don’t use any other car lot or sales rep I always go directly to her! She’s very friendly and anytime someone is looking for a car and no bs back and forth, I recommend her! So thankful and grateful to work with her every time!

Arianah is very professional and definitely give VERY FAST approvals. I did my application last night, she got me approved this morning and I'm picking up my car now. No long wait time. Came right in within 2 minutes I was test driving. Paper work already ready for me when I got to her. Definitely a great experience. This was the easiest car process I've ever done. Y'all tap in and shop with THE BOSS LADY CAR SALES.
